There was trash EVERYWHERE today. It was 7am. Why were there 2 employees and trash everywhere. Instead of talking the should ensure the gym is tidy. (Also people that dont clean up after themselves at the gym are disgusting. )

It is convenient for when I'm here in Fontana. There is parking in a dirt lot next to the building for semi's with trailers, and if you're bobtail, you can maneuver your way into the parking lot as well.

bad customer service ! I went in to ask question about joining and right off the bat the lady at the front seemed to be in a bad mood, said she couldn’t answer any questions unless I filled out a form with my personal info !

I Noticed Other Bad Reviews Talking About The Night Shifts Staff & Restrooms & I Agree. The Night Shift Employees Are As Terrible As The Restrooms & Showers !!! The Lil Soft Voice Gay Pride Manager (Jose) Is Just On His Phone All Night Or Gossiping With The Girl At The Front Desk, That’s Always Sitting Down Doing Nothing. I Can Only Imagine What The Women’s Restroom Looks Like ? …The Cleaning Equipment Was Left All Over The Males Restroom But No Cleaning Being Done !! It’s Like The Dirty Hang Out More Than A Gym ??? I Definitely Will Take Bad Reviews Of Businesses More Serious Now No Matter How Many Good Reviews #Disappointed

After 5 years of being with planet Fitness, Jose the current manager was so useless in any help. He couldn't even offer me a refund when I had been charged again even though I had requested to cancel my membership 2 weeks prior. Don't waste your time here they don't care about the customers they just want your money.
