My experience was terrible. I spoke to people in the call center many times. I finally called the CA attorney general’s office and they help communicate with your corporate office. The only person I dealt with that was wonderful was the driver who picked up the tank. Kudos to him.

you always make sure I have a full tank of gas and when we had this last big storm and I ran out of gas you tried 3 times to come and fill my tank but becuse of downed trees you couldn't .When you could get through you didn't heisatae you came right away to give a full tank of gas.

You charges me twice for one delivery . And upon me calling and speaking to over 10 employees managers billing department and so on I never received a refund . The most they offered was a credit to my account so frankly your company is awful and I'd nit recommend it to anyone . So give me my money back and do better .

Took too long to respond. Off-shore phone people were of no help. Lack of local service that used to exist in Fort Bragg is a bad sign for service. When driver finally showed up after we ran out of propane was not aware of this, although I had contacted service several days previously. However, driver was very helpful.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced: your agents have no power to correct a bill even when they say they can. Your resolutions dept., almost impossible to access, can only credit $200 when I finally got to them. I was told the problem would be corrected in 72 hours. It’s now been a week and nothing has changed. I have called 5 times, been put on hold for up to an hour and am so frustrated I am considering changing to Kemgas. Unbelievably awful.

The service is seamless. With autopay on, I simply experience uninterrupted heating. Occasionally I hear the delivery truck, and once had the pleasure of watching the driver back along the driveway: he was picture perfect.

I have been an AMERIGAS customer for many years. I have thought about changing propane companies recently because of the OUTSOURCING of CUSTOMER SERVICE to other countries. I would prefer to talk to someone local as I often cannot understand the person I am talking to! Come ON, Amerigas. And please give jobs to people in our community.

Never came for emergency fill this winter left me and 4 disabled kids begging for propane from other companies. I would be assured each day they were coming.

The delivery service is great. On time, on a regular basis, for which I am happy about.I would give Amerigas 5 stars, but they closed their local office in Fort Bragg a couple months ago. Customer service is now outsourced outside of the USA, my gas rates went up to add over $1 a gallon in the past 3 months and there is no one I can talk to about it locally anymore. The customer service phone people do not have the ability to discuss rates.

The new "Automated" system is a disaster, useless and frustrating beyond belief. The call center is in the Philippines and is nothing more than bureaucratic note takers. Zero personal touch.If you want service go somewhere else.

Something has happened to this company. They used to be good. Be forewarned there is no local contact. I have used them for years my business. They have completely disappointed me. I I received through a text. They were going to deliver soon on December 7. This is been my first rodeo as a widow during the holidays decided to takeoff to be with family. No one ever came out to fill the tank until the 31st at which they texted thank empty, and could not feel until someone was there. I have been there for the past four days with a promise they would be there each day and it never materialized. You can never talk to someone local. It’s very frustrating. I will never use them again.
