Outdoor ATMs never work. At least 10x in last couple months. Cost money to take out money elsewhere not to mention the hassle of gas and time. Fix the ATMs!!!

Good bank unless you need to talk to the manager. Impossible to get a phone call answered, either to the manager or to the branch. The manager doesn't respond to emails

terrible service. They never answer the phone. You stop in to talk about your CD and no one helps you. Their phone continually has a message tape-=-never a human being. DOn't use this bank.

A family member of mine tried to withdraw cash using the ATM machine at the bank. The machine screwed up. while we were trying to figure out what to do, another customer, said the same thing had happened to her, and she quote eventually got her money back. " Skip the hassle and go somewhere else!

Set up an appointment to open a new account. Was excited after hearing they had everything I wanted in a bank. Walked in 20 minutes early. Woman asked me to sit and wait for my appointment time. I did. Then I needed to use the restroom. The woman informed me that they don't have bathrooms I can us. They had a restroom. They used the restrooms. It currently worked just fine. But I was not welcome to use it. Dispite having thousands of dollars ready to put in their bank and an appointment, they told me I was not welcome to use their restoorms. Guess common decency is gone. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

The manager is excellent. She helped a big check go through that the stupid corporate policy had a 30 day hold on just because it was a big amount. The staff is nice and friendly and tried to do everything in there power to cash my check. It was unfortunate that rich corporations have taken over so much control that they felt the need to try and keep my money for 30 days since it was over 10000 check. But the manager helped make that check into rightfully green 100.00 bills as it should be.
