My husband and I picked up some things we forgot at home here. As with most places, they are severely understaffed so be prepared to be patient and wait. The staff are doing the best they can despite being overworked. The woman helping us was clearly stressed, but it is understandable since patrons were continually interrupting her to ask questions, wanting her to help them at the pharmacy, or try to have her fix the self-checkout machine while she was trying to ring us up.

If I could give this CVS a NEGATIVE million star review I would. I'm here seasonally, and it's easier for me to just stick with CVS for my simple medications because they transfer state to state. I thought it couldn't get any worse than last year. This year, 2021, it's worse! There is so much trash and used diapers and rotten takeout outside the building. One pile has been there for a week and a half. I feel like I'm walking into a sketchy alley to do a drug deal. Customer service is the worst. I was treated as less than a human. I wait at least 30 minutes each time I'm here. The automated system will tell me my script is ready, I'll drive an hour to the store, and they give me crap. Even asking me if I'm taking my medication properly. It's not anything crazy. I fill it as early as I can cause I'm only in town once a week. Seriously the worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

Went to Fort Bragg for the weekend with my dog and forgot some key things I needed for the trip. The staff & especially the store manager were very friendly & helped me find the items I needed to enjoy a nice weekend away from home.

I really want to say thanks to Pharmacist Joe who works through his lunch hour to serve CVS customers and Sonya, and Kelly who did their best...to make sure that any customer whose prescription had not been filled would be next in line and get their prescription, while they waited in 15 to 20 minutes. CVS really understaffs this pharmacy and the 1 or 2 employees on duty have to shuffle between giving Covid shots, Covid tests, and making sure each customer is screened for drug allergies and understands the directions and warnings that go with their prescription. Great Job CVS staff... Poor job CVS management for not recruiting adequate staff to do the job...

So disappointed in this location. Pharmacy staff always seems overworked and unfriendly. They almost appear irritated that I'm there trying to give them business. Store shelves are filthy and under stocked. Front end cashier today was unresponsive to a simple id check on the self checkout line, kept ringing up customers in her own line at a slow pace that had been there after me. When she finally told me she was going to call someone after all that time, I left my items and walked out. I wish employees were happier or maybe just a little nicer. Corporate needs to check into this location to see what is going wrong here. Btw- I worked at a cvs during college and it didn't run like this one. This place needs a transfusion. Very sad. I'm a quiet person who doesn't cause a fuss, but after many recent poor customer service experiences, I felt compelled to write.

Pretty friendly, nice staff, clearly trying their best. Things are improving in the pharmacy since they got a new manager. Really helpful with insurance issues. If you have a bad experience, they told me to call 1800SHOPCVS and tell them the store is understaffed :/ PS Use ur coupons, I've saved so much money.

This place needs to be boycotted. The management which was a very rude lady - saw nothing wrong with laughing at us after we expressed concern at the bathroom situation which included they closed the women's bathroom for employees only and left women to use the men's room with a lock that was broken. Avoid this place. Rite aid is next door.

Earlier this week, my family and I scheduled COVID testing for Wednesday afternoon. Yesterday, we received email reminders of our appointments. A half hour before today's appointments, we received texts advising us to watch a video to prepare for testing. So, we show up on time at the drive through window to get our tests. After hunting around for some indication on how to contact the pharmacist (it's not clearly marked), the pharmacist tells us that there's no testing today and we need to reschedule or drive up to Ukiah. I asked how can that be since we received confirmation emails and texts about the testing. Apparently, they are short handed. This was a total wasted drive (45 minutes each way). This is ridiculous. If someone is sick, I understand that they might be short handed. But,they need to figure a better system to advise people ahead of time that their appointments have been canceled. Really unprofessional on CVS' part.

This place is filthy, both inside and out. The shelves are generally only partially full. And, at 12:58 pm we are still 2nd in line for our 11:20 am appointment. I want to give them a 1, but a part of me is grateful that there is a pharmacy that offers this service and I wonder if this extra job has just been loaded onto staff without necessary extra resources?

Under staffed, meth heads outside, and rude customer service. Was told my prescription would be done in 30 minutes (which was a relief cause I had a busy day of errands planned). I waited and ate my lunch in my car. Went in about 45 minutes later -- stood in line for another 15 minutes -- and was told to take a seat because they hadnt gotten to it yet. I sat down cause she said he was working on it. 60 minutes later, NO ANNOUNCEMENT, I went to stand in line again where a different person helped me. It was there ready to go, from the time on the bag it had been sitting there for an hour. I felt like my time was wasted and not considered. Give appropriate times to waiting customers who definitely have better things to do with their day then sit in fucking CVS.

The most incompetent pharmacies I've ever been to. I deal with bipolar, it's imperative that I have my meds or I enter into psychosis. They claimed to have not of recieved a script from my doctor, when my doctor showed me the confirmation that they emailed the script in, it took 3 days for them to pull their heads out of their baby boomer butts. Look boomers, I get you don't take mental health seriously, but no one should have to suffer because of your lack of education or experience. Go to rite aid. Apparently the employee that keeps yelling at everyone is Sonia. Sonia your a c*nt. And I think Brittany and a few others who've left comments about a mean lady who yells at customers may be referring to you- you seem to be popular here for your crappy mood and horrible customer service and incompetence.

This place is a disaster, stood outside waiting for a prescription that was supposed to be ready the day before for an hour. From the point they told me it would be 10 minutes it took another 40. Go to Rite Aid down the street.

The staff here are unbelievable. I sent my 9 YEAR OLD sister to grab some things and the manager, nicole i think had staff following her all around the store like she was a criminal. She was also nonstop cussing in front of her and other customers. One of the rudest people in customer service ive ever encountered

Soooo........... I go to cvs pharmacy the pharmacist was indeed there no contact I stood there for 7 minutes after they where suppose to be open at 9:00am my prescription was not ready I go back approx 3:45pm prescription still not ready show up for the last time same day cashier could not help me because it was 7:02 pm and he told me the system shuts down and there was no way he could help me. I told him I have no pills left can they at least give me 1 pill for the next day then I would come back he said nope. In the past they have done that for me however he said nope they where not allowed too. Extremely disgusted with the customer service if that's what you call it.
