Worst service I've ever seen....I waited in line for over an hour just to watch 2 people get a covid test...still in line over an hour later and I was only 3rd in line....this place is beyond ridiculousI would give it minus 5 stars

Terrible experience. We prebooked COVID testing appointments and showed up right on time only to wait an hour before being able to even start the process. It then took a ridiculously long time as the pharmacy was clearly way understaffed.

I would give zero stars. Literally the worst pharmacist. I waited an hour through the drive through while he “rebooted the computers. I needed a covid test to travel and it came a week later. Good thing I got another one after that terrible experience or else I would have had to quarantine. Yikes. I do feel bad for him maybe he is very depressed. I hope his life gets better.

Pretty friendly, nice staff, clearly trying their best. Things are improving in the pharmacy since they got a new manager. Really helpful with insurance issues. If you have a bad experience, they told me to call 1800SHOPCVS and tell them the store is understaffed :/ PS Use ur coupons, I've saved so much money.

Showed up on Monday morning for a drive thru Covid test appointment. They made me sit there and wait a long time to get it ready. Told me results would be available in 2 or 3 days. It's been more than that and still nothing. Had I known, I would have just ordered an in home rapid test. They also are not good about answering the phone.

This place needs to be boycotted. The management which was a very rude lady - saw nothing wrong with laughing at us after we expressed concern at the bathroom situation which included they closed the women's bathroom for employees only and left women to use the men's room with a lock that was broken. Avoid this place. Rite aid is next door.

I have stopped for the most part using the pharmacy. Unfortunately this last week my husband had to be rushed to the ER and then multiple Dr appointments . With prescription's to follow. So back we went to CVS ( A PLUS) the front staff of the pharmacy trying to please everyone and were friendly. That's the only reason I gave even two stars. The pharmacists, unbelievable I'm sure very overwhelmed working alone. A BIG NEGATIVE CVS..... But don't appreciate my prescription not being fully filled even after they had spoken to the doctor. But then being told about the error after sitting their for an hour. (They spoke to the doctor several hours earlier) This was Friday told to come back Monday to pick up the rest of the medication. 45 min drive from my house to CVS (not all of us live in town). Then told by a different pharmacist today that I will have to come back tomorrow because my insurance won't cover it today. It was a seven day prescription and was only given 5 days worth. Obviously they screwed up with the insurance on Friday. Now have to drive all they way back tomorrow. The pharmacist told me I could pay cash if I wanted seriously 2 days of meds cost $236.00. No not paying cash. Called my insurance because it use to be I had to use CVS. Hallelujah I can now use Rite Aid. After tomorrow never will I darken CVS pharmacy. MY SUGGESTION EITHER PAY YOUR PHARMACIST A BETTER SALARY TO ATTRACT AND KEEP THE BEST. I feel so sorry for the clerks at the pharmacy register. They should get Hazard pay.

Earlier this week, my family and I scheduled COVID testing for Wednesday afternoon. Yesterday, we received email reminders of our appointments. A half hour before today's appointments, we received texts advising us to watch a video to prepare for testing. So, we show up on time at the drive through window to get our tests. After hunting around for some indication on how to contact the pharmacist (it's not clearly marked), the pharmacist tells us that there's no testing today and we need to reschedule or drive up to Ukiah. I asked how can that be since we received confirmation emails and texts about the testing. Apparently, they are short handed. This was a total wasted drive (45 minutes each way). This is ridiculous. If someone is sick, I understand that they might be short handed. But,they need to figure a better system to advise people ahead of time that their appointments have been canceled. Really unprofessional on CVS' part.

Manager was screaming and cussing out employees in the back room, could clearly understand what was being said 4 aisles away, was audible at the end of the store. Manager shouldn't be in charge of anything.

I scheduled a covid test appointment, and arrived only to be told they didn't have the supplies. Before I tried to schedule another appointment and drive there, I tried to call. But they REALLY don't want you to be able to talk to a live person. You can't get a live person if you ask about the covid test, just an endless phone loop. So I tried to get customer service, only to be left on hold for 12 MINUTES ! I long ago moved my prescriptions from them, as they are always understaffed and looking harassed. Awful service.

This place is filthy, both inside and out. The shelves are generally only half full. And, at 12:58 PM we are have moved up from 3rd in line at 11:10 AM to 2nd in line for our 11:20 AM Covid test appointment. I want to give them a 0 or 1, but a part of me is grateful that there is a pharmacy that offers this service and I wonder if this extra job has just been loaded onto staff without necessary extra resources?
