When the dealership told me what the repair costs were going to be for a catalytic converter, I reached out to my Community First Credit Union. Amber and Mario worked tirelessly to help me through the loan process and we received an answer. Here’s the cool part, when my payback rate seemed a little high, they went back and worked on getting me a lower one, and they did. To me that’s real customer service. That is listening to their clients needs and limitations. It also shows genuine commitment and belief that Community First Credit Union really can make a difference in the lives of its members and their hard work proves it.Everything is good now I have my car back and a payment schedule that works comfortably for me.So to Mario and Amber, you guys are my rock stars. Thank you again.

3rd consecutive weekend with no withdrawal available with the ATM. Really? I would assume that would be a popular time, especially if you can't make it to the branch. This inconvenience has cost me . Have to find a more accessible bank.

Because of the Professionalism of ADDIE & MANAGER TRACY, this was one of the best introductions into a Credit uni or bank i have ever experienced in my life!!! Online Banking wont let signing in happen at random times with no explanation which is suuuuper convenient. Between that and having to get a new card it seems like once a year due to strange charges (I no longer keep anything in checking) this credit union is subpar. Keep in mind that a few institutions do not even recognize these guys as a "bank" making wire transfers impossible.I now have another account with a different local bank, ill be looking to close my cfcu account. 2 stars for the giant 5 bucks in dividends ive received in 5 years... exactly how much they charged me for undelivered mail when i changed my address. Only thing this "bank" might be good for is the ease of getting a secured credit card and some of the tellers are very well mannered.

Very friendly staff, I enjoyed chatting with them. Addie was the one I set my accounts up through and she was very friendly as well.Now, I gave them 4 stars for three reasons.1. Needing an appointment to open a bank account is just silly, even if I have to sit and wait as a walk-in I should have that option. Going in, then coming back the next day was inconvenient. Not terrible, but inconvenient.2. "Youth Accounts have no fees and can be opened for free". They don't tell ya on the website that you still have to deposit the $25 for their savings accounts to be open. Little bit annoying, but not the end of the world.3. I opened my Checking and Savings account. Then I opened a Checking and Savings for my 16 year old son. For my 7 year old daughter I only wanted the Savings account, but when I got home and setup my online banking she has a Checking account as well.All in all, I enjoy the bank account so far. My parents have been banking with them for over a decade and toot their praises all day. I DO like being able to see the youth accounts as a master list.Few drawbacks -- like they're not linked to Plaid so you can't easily link CashApp or Venmo, but it is still possible. Their online banking portal is antiquated and not exactly what you would expect from any of the larger banks... but it's functional! It's easy enough to use. It's also far better at categorizing purchases for expense tracking than the larger banks as well!! So older but still somehow better in a lot of ways...
