Got a screw on my front left tire, walked into the store, was immediately helped with offers to show me how to patch it up with the right tools. These guys saved me a lot of stress and confusion on how to take care of such a simple issue. I forgot the guy’s name that helped me but he’s the one with short hair with tats on his collarbone neck area.I even got a suggestion from Kimberley on how to order new tires and keep some of that business local to prep for winter weather.Thanks again y’all

I come in pretty regularly as its my preferred shop over their competitor. Everyone is so nice, that is except for one employee in particular. I refuse to be waited on him and would rather go to anyone else. He is extremely rude and arrogant. To my horror while I was in there last week, i saw him yell at a female employee then proceeded to chase her and shove her nearly knocking her over, while still yelling at her which I believe was over TAPE. This poor girl was visibility shaken up. I thought for sure he would be fired on the spot, but when I came back a few days later this (and I use this term loosely) man is STILL there. No other place would condone such behavior by an employee. Do better O'Reilly. Also, this "man"'s name is Kenneth.

They take care of me more often than not. If I don't know exactly what I need to get, they ask a couple of questions and somehow I get the right part... and I mean almost always.

I trickle charged my 7 year old battery on Saturday and drove to Riley's Sunday for a new one. Ben was behind the counter that morning and helped me find the absolute right one for my car and came out and happily installed it for me. Kac stood by as reassurance for an outstanding result all together. When I started the car up initially, it seemed a bit sluggish at first...I mentioned it to Ben and he quickly went in and got a tester, hooked it up to make sure the starter, alternator and all were operating at 100%....and everything was fine. I recommend this store for complete and friendly customer service! I'll be back when I need anything for my car. They're a business to be proud of here in our town.

Just wondering why the sign in the window says they close at 9pm, but they're already closed. They told me they close at 8pm not 9pm. I know I've been here before and it's been after 8pm. What is going on? Does this crew working tonight just want to go home early?

Unexpected battery problems on our vacation threatened to leave us stranded in Ft Bragg. We limped our car to O'Reilly's and found the excellent service of Justin. Although company policy kept him from doing the work in the parking lot, he easily talked me through the exchange even supplying his personal tools to help. His experience with EV's was a godsend. Justin is definitely an asset to Ft Bragg and O'Reilly. Thanks Justin. We couldn't have done it without you!

Visiting from out of town and one of my blinker lamps burned out. I came here and not having any tools, the guy behind the counter offered to change the lamp for me!! I really appreciated his willingness to help! Not a lot of that in this world anymore! Thanks fella

I came in after getting a jump start to have my battery tested. Kac helped me immediately and was super nice about it. He recommended a new battery and helped find a good deal on one. I had been needing new wiper blades for a while too so I went ahead and added those on as well. Installation was done impressively quickly. He ran into a little problem installing the rear wiper blade, no big deal. He was going to refund that part of my purchase, but then other staff members hopped in with suggestions until Miguel hit on the right one. I rarely see a team work so we'll together, it was a really great experience.

This is the best store and team of people that you could ever hope for! If you are in the Fort Bragg area and need some help with your car, definitely come here. They went way above and beyond to help us out on a road trip.
