Horrible… I paid these clowns to replace a part in the hatch of my car. The part failed immediately. I have called and left messages, and I find out today that they are on vacation without trying to get me in there to fix the part they incorrectly installed. I would not recommend using this place for anything. If they screw up something as small as I paid them for just imagine what they can do with a much bigger job.

Whether you need body work, upgrade your audio sound system or an oil change, they do it all and they do it all really well! When on the Mendocino Coast this is the only place to go for your auto needs! They're the best! Honest, professional and family owned (sure beats greedy corporate America any day)!

Although I like theIntoxalock product, (which Pulse installs and services, my original installer in Berkeley's instructions they gave on its use were totally incorrect and I was totally locked out for about a week due to no fault of my own. Additionally, the Intoxalock company itself gave out totally incorrect information on it's use in their catalog and on their app. After having my car towed to a local coastal town (Pulse) I was visiting, I was finally given the correct instructions by Pulse in Fort Bragg, California who I highly recommend!

These folks are the best. I came to them with a cracked windshield and they replaced it at a good price. A few days later, I noticed a flaw in the windshield, a small crack starting. They replaced it right away. No charge. Very professional all the way. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and personable! I had stereos installed in a couple of my cars, and mentioned needing a suspension upgrade. Mariano asked me how I drove, and what kind of handling I wanted, and set me up. I can't recommend Pulse Custom Audio and Auto enough. They go the extra step, and I am a happy customer.
