Put an issue with my phone to where it would not turn on and I walked into the store and Marcus Muller was very kind and professional, and took the time to look at my phone and fix it, and explain to me how to fix it in the future, and I am very happy with the service that I have and the people that are in the store. Thank you to the U. S. Cellular store in Fort Bragg, California.

I have used this location for many years. Last month I went in there and made a payment it took 3 days for my card payment to process. They are unable to help with other account issues and said flat out that they weren't able to help with account issues.I tried to figure out why I was on such an expensive plan, and he couldn't help me.I wish there was another decent cellular company in the area. You go in on the weekend and there's only one person who knows NOTHING

First off we went to Verizon and was met with a majority rude man named Logan. He said he was the manager which even made us totally not interested in doing business there. Then went over to US cellular and was welcomed in with open arms. Tassilo Grimes took the time to explain all the phones to us and really helped us. But more importantly he was very friendly and easy to understand etc.We are very pleased with the customer service here.

Chris Draper has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about iPhone repairs. Highly recommend her expertise.
