My battery died yesterday, and from my experience with this happening a few times more then I'd like to admit, (I spend allot of my time in my car) it's best to just get a new one after it dies once. After all, it's not like it has none lives like a cat. It will bite you in the booty later. I went to this location to get a new battery, and I'm so happy I did. Let me tell you about this wonderful employee named Ali. Don't let his age fool you. He should be the manager because he is highly qualified and he is a good soul, evolved and his mother I'm sure is so proud. Wow, he helped me all the way through the entire process and I was really relieved that I found a prince in a autozone store full of peasants. Prince Ali! Yay! Have a beautiful day!

Bait and switch pricing. Employees using profanity with customers. Bad attitudes toward customers. It does not get worse. Had better experiences at other retailers like Performance Auto and O'Reilly.

I stopped in here this evening because I wanted to get my battery and alternator checked. Aly was so helpful and checked both for me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained that there was a problem with my alternator. It was late in the evening and it was cold outside. He was happy to help and I super appreciated it.

Best employees! Thanks, Ali! I needed my battery checked, and I was so nervous about it that Ali used two different instruments to confirm the voltage. They are always so helpful and professional. If you need anything, ask for Ali! I always make all my parts related purchases here as well as small items, too, thanks, again!

The manager name Recardo MHe is not the right person to manage big store like AutozoneHe didn't give me my right to exchange my starter duralast life time warranty because I didn't have the receipt from 3 years ago although autozone is only one sell that products it is fack deal from autozone. don't trust or deal with companies like that does not respect their policies for life time warranty

Richardo, the manager, went above and beyond today! He helped me pick and choose the right window blades for my car. He even helped me put them on my car! He was very patient and helpful!

Came here because I needed a new battery for my car. Jesse was able to help me find the battery and Ricardo replaced it within minutes. They were very helpful and even offered to jump my car in case the battery didn't work. Will definitely be coming back here for car parts.

These people go way over and beyond their job description, I'm sure. I bought some windshield wipers and the attendant takes the time to put them on my car personally! Who does that?!! What-a great store! Thank you Auto Zone and thank you for the self-check-out.

First off gave me wrong part for my 2015 Kia Rio headlight bulb replacement, which if you're looking to do so, it's an H4 bulb not an H7 as they said it was. As I unfortunately realized that it was the wrong part upon arriving back at the store a couple minutes before closing, they had already locked up the store and turned off the computers. All to say I am extremely shocked at the horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from this store again. Oh and by the way, AutoZone as a whole needs to update their online hours as they state closing is at 9:00pm on Sundays and the store in person closed on me at 8:00pm. Might want to change that.

Stopped by before closing to get a diagnostic check for my check engine light. They helped me run the check and then did a battery check for extra precaution because the report came back unclear. They were so kind and it felt like they truly cared about helping me out. I will keep coming back to this AutoZone whenever I need to buy things for my car. Shoutout to Jesse & Nate for saving me hundreds of dollars -- their help was greatly appreciated!
