Terrible customer service, unprofessional, rude, and a couple older gents that have no clue how to operate the Point of Sale. Overcharging customers, not acknowledging the mobile app coupons and discounts, not allowing redemption from loyalty program, and stare at you dumbfounded because they don’t know what they are doing. This location has poor service and has failed training and operations. The two gents of Indian decent really need to be replaced, or better training and coaching. My family comes in town once a month and we stop here, there is ALWAYS a problem at this Circle K location.

I was in there the other day. I was just running in to grab some snacks. Went up to pay the owner rudely asked me if that was my car I said yes he abruptly told me to move it we got in to an altercation. The rudest person ever will never go back.

This location definitely needs some upgrades. It is antiquated and very old school. It does not feel modern or nice. When you walk into the store location you do not get a really good vibe about it. The items that they have inside the location are pretty cheap as well. A lot worse than most convenient stores. It makes a little bit difficult for you to shop for any of the things you need inside the store. Getting gas is no better. It needs a little bit of an upgrade as well

The man that works around midnight made me feel super uncomfortable by scanning my $100 dollar bill 4 times because he did not trust that it was real.. I just feel like once was enough if it showed it was real the first time.

Ricky was extremely disrespectful. Never in my life will I come here again. Save your time and money and go to the gas station across the street. If I could give zero stars I would.

Somehow I'm always in here for at least 15 min. For one thing. The cashiers are clueless and don't know how to fix any problem. How is this place in business?? Card machine never seems to work. Needs new ownership desperately.

Store Manager did not make good business decision. . She needed to do a price adjustment in computer when she rang up the items they came up wrong (higher) then sale tag. She made me just pick one or the other candy meaning I could not mix and match ... Telling me that was the reason for the candy ringing up wrong not matching advertised signage...She tried again only ringing up two of the same candy and ...sure enough she was incorrect same thing wrong amount was coming up in the computer ..She began to give me attitude like it's my fault she didn't know how to fix it in the computer ... But she didn't even try she made it such a problem I was embarrassed I just said forget it I will get from somewhere else she was like "ok no prob."! Please she is in the wrong position need to get someone who is customer friendly and that always remembers to make the customer happy even if we are a challenge to deal with..

I came in to buy a pack of cigarettes and a lighter during my 30min break from work, and was on my phone to read important work documents. The lady manager helped me at first and I tried inserting my card 3x into the chip insert and it wouldn't read, so the she told me to swipe and it worked. I entered my pin and was just waiting for the processing to go through while reading on my phone, and it was at this point that the lady manager switched with an employee named Amir. He proceeded to ask me if I had entered my pin and I said yes and that I was in the “Processing. Please Wait.†screen. The pin pad just went back to the initial screen and I asked if it went through and he said no. He then proceeded to say IN THE MOST CONDESCENDING MANNER: “Maybe if you weren't on your phone and paying attention to the screen, it would've gone through.†I couldn't believe what I was hearing. There was NOTHING I did that could warrant such an assuming, uninformed and uneducated comment. I told him that it was none of his business that I was on my phone and that I had entered my pin, but before I could even finish explaining, he starts talking over me in the most aggressive manner. I then told him if he was going to talk to me this way, they can't have my sale and I left to cool down.

I decided to come back and speak to the lady manager and was explaining (very irritated by the way) to her what happened, when Amir yells at me from the register, "YOU WERE ON THE PHONE!" and I then told him he can't just assume I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings if I was on the phone, and proceeds to talk over me again. I asked for his name and the phone# to their customer service to make a complaint, and the lady manager kindly showed me the phone# and store# taped on the glass, while Amir proceeded to point out the door as if he was the manager on duty, and was asking me to leave WHILE TAUNTING ME TO MAKE THE COMPLAINT, as if I was being the unruly one. I made my phone call outside and submitted a formal complaint to the company's email, then called the store back to apologize to the lady manager over how heated I got, and explained to her that I myself am a manager at a retail outlet, and that Amir has no business being in the customer service industry if he would provoke his customers that way over his uneducated guesses and lack of customer service. The lady manager just proceeds to tell me she'll check the cameras and if something is wrong, she'll write Amir a "notice". I hope she sees in the camera that I had entered my chip 3x, swiped, entered my pin and waited patiently for the screen, until Amir opened his mouth, and I dropped my items on the counter and left. Came back, talked to her, Amir opening his mouth again, pointing aggressively at the door, taunting me to make the complaint and to leave. Amir, if you're reading this, I hope you know that your reasoning of me being on the phone while finishing my transaction warrants your mouth flying off the hinges, spouting whatever nonsense you make in that possibly empty head of yours, is not going to fly with corporate, especially if you're in the customer service industry. You should really think before opening your mouth. I have a feeling you don't belong in customer service, so either try to do better, or find a job that won't get your mouth in trouble. Circle K, if you're reading this, an employee like Amir is not someone you'd want representing your company.

Gas is expensive, drinks are not. They sell crushed ice and do propane tank exchange.
