I loved all of the different selections of so many kinds of great gifts. What really NEEDS improvement is the way employees make customers that are of Latin ethnicity feel like if they are thieves. My wife, daughter & I were shopping for some gifts for friends the entire time we were shopping not one employee asked us if we needed any help. I did observe that they had NO PROBLEM following us as if we were going to steal the items we were picking up. When we went to pay the girl at the counter asked if we were members which I replied no at that point she just continued to ring us up. I was upset because the Asian lady that had just been rung up before us was asked the same and answered no the sales person then proceeded to explain the benefits and offered to sign her up which she did. I believe your staff needs to be taught equality for each customer entering your establishment. HOSPITALITY goes a long way in this industry. You never know I could be someone rating your business.I hope I do get a response from the owner because after reading some of your reviews I did notice that they only respond to positive reviews hopefully that rude hospitality doesn't start from the top.

I never cease to find exactly the right card I need here. They have gift bags, ornaments, clothing, gift books, and a small post office. The staff has always been upbeat and helpful. The post office workers are speedy. I've been a customer for years.

Being that there aren’t that many hallmark stores around found this one in fountain valley. Lots to select from. Lots to see didn’t spend to much time in the store browsing but definitely will return to look some more.

When I was employed I used to ran to this mine beautiful place to mail my letters and my packages. Also to kill some time I spy to the fabulous merchandise as this store carried all type of useful items.Erin's Hallmark, thank you for helping pur country in rebuilding our disastrously economy, we are on the right way.Thank you!?❤?❤?❤?❤?❤?❤

I go here for the USPS center in the back. The service there is always top notch, although I do sometimes get behind the occasional Chatty Cathy/Charles.

Second time here and i only come for the post office portion. Line seems to move quickly, but today I had Julie and she was just so pleasant and great. Last time it was another lady that seemed to struggle keeping up with the volume. But better experience this time around and Julie's definetly an asset to your store. Keep it up girl.
