Got some flea medicine for the new puppy. Very friendly staff and the place is very clean with everything easy to find.The new puppy enjoyed the experience as well!

i had to stop to this location since the website wasn't working and i couldn't purchase the shampoo at the closer location. i was having trouble finding what i needed but there wasn't anyone to help me. i finally found it then waited a bit to check out. parking was tough since it's connected to a costco.

Starting off strong, I walk in and all staff is just talking by the shelves instead of greeting the guest. A hello goes a long way. Training for staff is needed to cover the basics of customer services starting when the client walks in. Went in for a stand alone grooming service, which staff Isabella was able to accommodate and let me know I can come back when needed without appointment. Came in today and a frazzled older woman with dark black hair and some greys shouts from the back of the room, "can I help you?" I asked for a stand alone nail trim, which Isabella stated I can come back and get. The older woman tells me in a rude and unprofessional tone that she is busy doing an express service and cannot accommodate a service. Instead of offering me to wait or give me an estimate wait time, she instead badgered staff Isabella when I mentioned that she was the one that told me I can come by for a stand alone. When speaking of Isabella, she stated "oh she is new here, she doesn't know what she is doing, she hasn't worked here long." Her rude tone, unprofessional attitude, and unnecessary criticism of her new coworker told me everything I needed to know. I don't want to bring my dog somewhere where they rush everything and have a bad attitude while handling people's loved ones, their dogs. I used to tell people this was a great welcoming place, even told my niece that they should work here. Now i know this place condones unprofessional behavior from their employees. Don't bring your pets here, I will be moving my business elsewhere, after 10 years of working with Petsmart.

It is sad to say that after taking my dog here for grooming the last TEN YEARS, I will no longer be returning. For many of the years that I came here, I have always scheduled an appointment in advance with Cassie and have never had an issue. She's been nothing but amazing to my pet and has always done a fantastic job. It is unfortunate that she got sick so the staff had to reschedule my appointment with another rep, and they ended up cancelling on me 3 more times after that due to staff getting "sick". I get that staff get "sick", but to cancel my appointment another 3 times after the first one, without any regard to my schedule (I live further), and not being able to make any sort of accommodations as we have been coming here to get my pet's haircut faithfully for the last TEN YEARS, is just purely unprofessional and a slap in the face. We have always scheduled our appointments months in advance because we live further and have a jam packed schedule. They did not offer a discount. They did not offer to squeeze my pet in. The lead groomer originally offered to give the whole service for free but then the male manager Jamie called me right after and said "yeah no sorry we can't, but if you want we could still schedule you an appointment" Um what?! After cancelling on me 3 times and having me rearrange my entire schedule 3 times? What kind of service is that? It might have been a blessing in disguise because they were going to put Francine with my dog and I've just read reviews on her mishandling pets and cutting off their body parts. Yeah it's safe to say after TEN loyal years, I'm done with you petsmart!

Pretty clean Petsmart. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My fiancé recently got a puppy (a big puppy though. He's a husky mix- we aren't entirely sure since he was a rescue). We needed to pick up some essentials that the puppy needed. We grabbed one of those water bowls for him and a harness. The collar and lease were not working since he would pull a lot and get choked. We let him pick out his toys too! He grabbed the crinkle toys and squeaky ones. He loves them. Added in a giant bone and we were good to go.

Laura in pet grooming is absolutely wonderful. I have two dogs with very different issues that makes them troublesome to groom. Not only did Laura take their issues in stride, she successfully used accommodations to give them beautiful haircuts (the best I've ever seen them!). For the first time, my pups were happy and calm when my husband and I picked them up. Laura was so positive and gracious and made me feel like my doggos were welcome to come back- which we absolutely will! Shout out to Isabella as well for assisting Laura in make this grooming an amazing experience. Thank you!
