Horrible wait time and check in machine NOT a live receptionist sooooo frustrating! Minimum wait time 1hour waited as long as 2.5. The machine doesn’t check you in unless YOUR NAME APPEARS on the screen. Ps STAT labs don’t apply.

Was sent here by lab on Warner by Fountain Valley Hospital. They never answer the phone and they DO NOT DO PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUESTED DRUG TESTS. The automated system does not tell you that they only do the drug tests only from 7am to 12:30 pm. The worst part is that I stood there about 5 minutes and no one ever came to the reception/window area. The same 2 lab employees walked by twice and neither one asked if help was needed, much less acknowledge the fact that I was standing there clearly waiting for assistance. I said hello once and was ignored by the employee walking by.

The walk in wait time isn't bad like an hour ish. But they need to get more workers. No one is at the front desk for asking questions.

Bad customer service. I have appointment at 10.40am but arrived at 9.40am since I'm fasting and could not book for earlier appointment. There are a few walk-ins AFTER I checked in at Quest counter and I saw the receptionist called them first. Maybe because my appointment is not yet due? Even if considered me as walk-in, I'm still earlier than them! I waited until 10.45am but no one called. I'm asked the receptionist about my appointment and told her that I'm fasting and have low sugar problem. She told me that there're other people ahead of me! She only called me at 11.05am, which is 25 min over my appointment time to ask for my insurance card and right now I'm still waiting to get in for blood test! Parking in this place is also terrible. Stay away from it!

THE WORST Customer Service. Almost impossible to get a hold of someone and the automated system continuously hung up on me.Customer Service leave so much to be desired.Also, side note: tell tail sign of fake reviews is when you have just as many 1 star as you do 5 star reviews...

Walked in and made an appointment for 1:40 on a Tuesday . 1:50 , I was taken in. Fast blood work and no bruises. Clean area and establishment. Parking is on the talbert side

You spend 10 minutes downloading their app and making an apt. Arrive on time and still wait 30 min. As a pregnant woman who has to get her blood drawn all the time I find this so annoying. What's the point of making an apt. Also note: there is one other person in this waiting room, it's not flooded with people.

Amy is so friendly and professional! I am terrified of needles and she gave me so much comfort and distracted me and I didn’t even feel any pain. I had a great experience! I will definitely visit quest for blood work again!

Makes you reschedule for an appointment if you are late, even just one minute late. What is up with all Quest Diagnostics? Please.. You need to make up better policies.

I went to quest about a month ago for a blood test for my daughter and they forgot to do 2 tests. I returned without complaining. When I arrived my daughter was very nervous about getting another blood test. I moved a chair to sit next to her to hold her hand. I was told I cannot move the chair and had to sit 6 feet from my daughter. I said I would move the chair back when they called me. They told me that they would refuse service if I did not sit away from my daughter. After about 20 minutes the man came from the back and said he would help me and ran the blood test. Horrible that they would refuse a blood test because I moved a chair to sit next to my daughter.

READ AND BE CAREFUL THAT THEY DONT DRAW THE WRONG LABS OR MIX YOU UP WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!Terrible customer service. Be careful and make sure that they are not confusing your labs with another person. Also make sure that they are inputting the correct labs that is ordered by your physician.My dad gets labs every 2-3 months ordered by his oncologist. Appts with the doctors are already hard to get and it was frustrating when we went to the doctors appt only to find out that Quest drew the completely wrong labs. We went to speak to this Quest about it and they were not accountable for their actions at all. They said they only type in the labs that were ordered on the paper, they aren't allowed to do anything else. Well, we have the original lab order paper and the lab they drew wasn't even part of the order. So it's either they mixed up my dad with someone else or they ordered the wrong lab. (Scary)It delayed the care of my father. Now I'm on hold with the billing department which takes forever of course.Also the female who was helping me today (12/13/21) when I was trying to address this issue was condescending. She does show any empathy or understanding as to why patients like my father need accurate labs. We came at 9:15 am and she was working the desk and was indian.
