Absolutely worst customer service! The lady in front threw indirect words towards my partner and was rude as hell! Kept cutting off everyone as they were trying to speak, pissed off another gentleman who just completely walked out because of how he was treated. Why be here if you obviously don't care about helping people. I mean isn't that what your here in the medical field for!? Front receptionist had to nametag was working august 26 at 9:30

Had an appointment at 11:15am and only waited 10 mins to get my urine tested. My visit took only 15 mins total. Friendly service and the facility was clean. I definitely would advise to make an appointment. The walk-ins had to wait over an hour when I was there but they can text/call you if you need to be somewhere else.

I go for an appointment to do a test, and they said I’m a walk, then the 2 girls upfront said that there’s an hour wait, but LITERALLY no one in the waiting room. So I wait for an hour and a half for my appointment while no one comes in for about 45 minutes. Then all these walk ins come up and they go ahead of me. This place sucks and get those two girls out of here

Nothing I love more than the rude a** girl upfront saying to wait in my car, and I wait for over 2 hours for a pee test. But for other people to cruise in and out with a walk in. F*** thag girl. F*** this quest.

The lady in front is rude and a liar and I think a racist b for some reason she told me I had to wait in my car even though no one was in the waiting room. Another man came in after me and he did not have an appointment she did not give him a hard time she allowed him to wait in there because he was ASIAN like her ??? I don't see any other reason why she would treat 2 human beings with 2 totally different sets of rules. She highly discouraged me from waiting because it looks like she wanted to close early it's not even 2 pm. She should get fired and maybe someone who really wants to have a job should take over her position. In the age of high unemployment it's still shocking that people get away with lousy customer service !!! Anyway I'm off to Lab Corp !!! I'll be calling your corporate I hope you get fired psycho B**** !!!!!!

Had a horrible experience at the Huntington Beach Main Street facility and decided to rebook here. I set a appointment for 2:30pm but wanted an early appointment. I walked in at 12pm and asked the Asian nurse if there were any earlier time frames, since it was a drug screening test she told me to come back at 1pm. I came back and they took me in within 10 minutes from when I arrived. My nurse Marilyn called me back and got me out within another 10 minutes. This location has friendly and attentive service and you'll be out in a jiffy. I am grateful for this location and would recommend them for any lab work. Just note that I had an appointment for a later time and got called in quickly, not sure about walk-ins. Thanks Quest Diagnostics!!!!

Actually, I am not sure they even qualify for a star period!!! I am a Registered Nurse and am so very sad to be associated with healthcare workers of the caliber that were working in the Quest Lab on Brookhurst (Niagra Office) on Thursday, 11/12/2020. My mother had called to get an appt., the recording stated that elderly and those with chronic conditions could come in between 0700-0800. My mother went in and arrived at 0710 (my brother was waiting for her in the car), the door to the laboratory area was locked. At around 0740-0745 a staff member came. My mother explained and asked if she could please sit down, as she is 81 and has ambulatory/standing difficulty (she has a hx of cancer x2, cardiac issues with stents, bilateral knee surgery, rheumatoid arthritis). The staff member rudely stated "no, you cannot", closed the door and locked it. Another staff member came, my mother explained and they did the same thing. A third employee came and again--this same thing happened. By that time, my mother was shaking and having great difficulty standing and was beginning to get tears. She was thinking of getting my brother--but did not think she could make it back to the front door. Why did not one of the employees she came in contact with, offer to bring her a chair-if she was not allowed to sit inside? They could see that she was not that strong, nor stable on her feet. She was sharing with each of them the difficulty she was having standing. What has happened to common courtesy? We will NEVER go back to this office. I know the expectation re: being Simply Better and the principles of AIDET---This team has failed royally. I do not leave comments normally---however, I am so very angry and wonder what those staff members would have done if that treatment would have been rendered to one of their family members or their elderly parent. THis is inexcusable.

The staff at this location is great. The customer service of the parent company is terrible, if you need immediate help there is no way to request it as it's all automated. That's unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I'm really shocked at the low reviews of this location and was planning to pick another site to do my lab work; however, the location and online booking system seemed far too convenient for me to pass up, so I decided to go for it and thank goodness I did because I had a great experience. I not only got in and out of the appointment within 10 minutes, but they conducted many safety precautions that made me feel safe. The front office staff kept wiping down all the surface areas and there were areas with social distancing markers for people to stand 6 feet apart. Additionally all staff members wore face masks and face shields, and required all people entering the office to wear a mask. On my visit only one other patient was there, so it seemed to me that they were limiting the number of people inside the office at a time. As for the lab work, my phlebotomist was kind and quick. She filled 4 bottles of blood and before I knew it I was getting tapped up and ready to go home. Should I need to return, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here!

As a health care professional who is just here to drop off specimens why do I always have to wait?? Have already done their job for them why can't they just take the damn specimens? They need to take lessons from lab Corp who are efficient. Rude a** employees at all locations. Hate hate hate coming here
