My husband and I had a 7:30 AM appointment. We were taken back within 5 to 10 minutes. Both our phlebotomists were excellent. My husband had Debra who is friendly and very skilled- he said "no pain". I had Julian. Usually I need a butterfly, because I have very tiny veins. And I hate blood draws, they make me very anxious. But Julian was confident and skilled that I didn't need a butterfly, and that he would be able to be successful on the first draw - And he was and there's no bruising! On a sidenote, we have been going to this particular quest for years. We have always made appointments and the phlebotomists are great. Parking is easy, it's easy to find, The lobby is spacious and clean. I always check in through the link that is texted to us which is awesome and we just come in and sit. Have never had a problem with a customer service/front desk. Although now with the kiosk and e-check in, they don't have a live person in front. Totally recommend this location

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. If you try to do walk in you will wait 1 hr plus. They might as well advertise we do not do walk ins. Wish I had selected a different location for my drug screen. Absolutely atrocious. Only 2 people were working and the check in is a robot. Quest cut costs in the form of labor and patients pay the price.

Absolutely happy with my experience here. My wife had an appointment and checked in through the phone and 10 minutes later it was our turn. The guy who took the test was amazing had a great attitude and he did everything super quick. Definitely coming here again if I need to.

They never answer the phone. At least they DO PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUESTED DRUG TESTS. However, apparently, according to the lab employee that came out at 12:31 said they only do the drug tests from 7am to 12:30 pm. The worst part is that the automated system does not tell you that unless you call the specific location that does the drug testing. Not only that, you can go online, make an appointment specifically for a drug test and it will allow you to make the appointment for a time later than 12:30 pm. I know because there was a young man there and he had his paperwork and a printout that his appointment was for 2:10 pm. He explained to the lab worker that 2:10 pm was the earliest appointment available and he only made it for that time but decided to get there much earlier hoping to be seen before his appointment time, so that he could get to work on time. He like me had been there more than an hour waiting and we had to leave. Mind you, this was the 4th lab I had been to. Lost a little more than 4 hours driving around, pulling over to call the different labs and going from one lab to the next. Quest Diagnostics needs to be better about the information given on their automated system and have some sort of default to alert people. This is just plain ignorant and disrespectful of people's time and money. Yes, money....gas is not cheap and driving around takes time and gas that could have been spent doing more productive things.

The check in kiosk doesn't work. There is no attendants available, extremely slow and always late. I waited for almost 1 hour with an appointment. So rude.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Just had the worst Quest experience ever yesterday. I had an appointment, waited here for more than half a day and didn't even get served.

trash. all quest locations are trash. their underpaid unhappy employees are rude. their check in policy with a kiosk is poor performance.

Called me in 20 minutes after my set appointment. Person who did my test was incompetent at using the computer system and almost registered my test under the last guy’s information, and would have if I hadn’t looked at the screen as he was using it and told him

I selected this Quest location since it was open on Saturdays. I came in just after 8:00 AM for a 8:10 AM appointment. I was done and out by 8:10 AM. My phlebotomist was good as there was no purple bruising where my blood was drawn.

I went in today for a simple test, everyone was friendly and polite especially the front end receptionist even though she had to deal with some inpatient people. The guy that helped me out, named Julian was so unprofessional and seemed like he didn’t wanna be there. He looked super lazy and rude towards me. Hope management can talk to him about his work ethic that honestly sucked.

BEWARE! They really close earlier! We went to this location and arrived at 11:30 am on a Saturday. All of the signs say they close at noon, but they refused to see us, even though we’d been fasting for a simple test. We were told by Vi that they were closing in a half hour and wouldn’t have time to process the lab draw.

The receptionist is telling customers they are a distraction from her focusing on her task. A simple " I'll be right with you" would suffice. Telling customers they are a distraction seems rude.

Great Experience! Got in right on time, with appointment. The front desk gal was awesome, really knows her stuff. The girls work well together and got the job done on me so I did not need to return another day. Team work!
