When red face up ( resp seal) I can not breath, the staff no teach me how to adjust if I see it , when 2 pic face green i ok but 1 red van not breath

I have been receiving mine and my husband’s CPAP from Resp Air for 5 years.Their customer service is the best, specially Ms TERESA who I have been working with.She is an asset to the company, her knowledge and friendly customer service is above and beyond.

I would recommend resp air to my family and anyone. Even though they don't sell filters for my father's oxygen concentrator. The kind gentleman spent his time to look at my father's old machine, and tested the oxygen level to ensure it still works properly. He went over the usage and maintenance of the old machine. I offered to pay for his time but he didn't charge me any money. What a kind person! Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate your services. You had made my day!

The manager and his team here are very professional and serious, concentrating on the welfare of the patient. My experience is they are very friendly and trying to help us senior citizens deal with our CPAP machines. I think they do a great job. Strongly recommended.

I was recently diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I went to Resp Air with my doctor's prescription for the CPap machine and accessories. I am very pleased with the service provided by the staff. I walked out with all equipment to be able to start my treatment that night. The treatment is working after 2 weeks - I already have more energy.

Customer service is a pain in the tochus. Have gone through two facial masks in three weeks due to leakage. Medicare suggests using once per month so I can not have these replaced for another two months. In speaking with the customer care representative, no viable alternative was prof-erred. A sad state of affairs.

I received my CPAP machine from RespAir yesterday. The service was exceptional. I had specified the unit I wanted. RespAir demonstrated that unit and another which they thought would better meet my needs. I selected the unit they recommended, after which I was given detailed instructions on how to use the machine and answers to all my questions. When I hooked up the unit to use it, I found the instructions I had been given were so thorough and understandable that I could set it up and use it without referring to the instruction materials provided with the unit. I highly recommend RespAir for any CPAP machine or accessory needs. They stock all the items needed to use and maintain a CPAP unit for pick-up or mail order. And they also accept Medicare.
