Don't bother take your business somewhere else! They told me they switched to a new delivery provider and gave me a date when products will be delivered it's been almost a month I haven't got my order yet. I did three follow-up calls and they informed that they will email the delivery provider but yet it's been almost a month and I haven't heard or receive any products. This is very unprofessional I wonder who is running this circuit!

I do not recommend this place they are using people for their medical giving them a percentage of what they need and then giving them a bunch of stuff that they do not use or need I have pictures and videos of all the times of non-compliance on top of delivering someone else's package to the wrong address I have called up and had to drive up there multiple times on several different occasions to talked to him or her and explained how they been giving the wrong supplies and less of what we need this is a scam I will never be doing business with again

I’ve been taking my mom to this place for almost 2 years now and every time they bring her supplies, they give her what she doesn’t need I request for the items that they forget to give and they continuously waste time and doesn’t give the right amount required less highly do not recommend this place Not flexible or adjustable just burning people it’s not right I have a Record of the noncompliance on their behalf

It very sad that as a company you don't have a chair for a person who can't get around because of a amputation. I understand that the manufacturer is sending a replacement wheelchair but you should at least have one in your store for someone that been waiting and who can't get around with out a chair.

Be careful. This is a business that is unconcerned about their online reputation. Ty K is professional but their commitment to quality is uncertain.
