Carolina is a thorough and terrific threader. She's super friendly and very professional. I know she is super busy but I'm always welcomed in with a smile and a how are you today.
She's very forward thinking as well. She books my next appointment for me before I leave and her automated system sends me super valuable reminders.
I especially love her attention to detail. My brows have never looked better.

I’ve been coming here for 6 years now and Carolina never disappoints! Through every style change I’ve gone through the past few years Carolina has been there every step of the way with my brows. She’s always willing to try a new look and experiment with me when it comes to my brows. I feel so valued and heard when she comes through with different ideas I have every month. She is incredibly kind and her boutique replicates that warmth. I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else!

Honestly, I was paying less for my eyebrows somewhere else, but they messed them up. I make it a priority to only get it done here. She's amazing and if you have an appointment set, she doesn't care how many walk ins she has, your her priority.
