I'm disappointed about receiving my work polo shirts 3 weeks after I dropped them off, only to get this type of work done. I attempted to pick up my shirts 4 times, and I kept getting pushed back, being told they needed more time. I was quoted 4 days to get 4 shirts done that only needed the middle button sewn back on. I'm a big supporter of shopping locally, but this time I was just disappointed in the service. I won't use this dry cleaner again. I was also charged $20 for this service.

Please don’t go to this place, they scam!!! I dropped off my UGG jacket and the next day upon pick up I was told it wasn’t ready since it was a big jacket. After the girl looked around and made a phone call, she found it and told me it was ready. I payed, but inspected the jacket after I had payed. Well, to my surprise, the same stains were visible, threads coming out everywhere and it was super wrinkly inside. They obviously did not give my jacket the care I was counting on!! Btw I was given my jacket in a disgusting dirty hanger!! I went back inside and showed the girl and she called the lady owner, who told me on speaker she could not refund me because labor was done. At this point I’m furious. I was told to leave the jacket to be re-cleaned. Absolutely NOT ! I didn’t trust this place anymore and I told the owner over the phone that it was a $350 jacket. She refused a full refund so, I walked out and have filed a refund claim with my bank.

I'm an older male in my 60's and needed some new shirts for work. I'm not a shopper but received sticker shock when I priced new shirts. I went to the Salvation Army and bought a dozen name brand dress shirts for $5.00 a piece. I was told the shirts had been cleaned so I just needed them pressed. I went to Chateau Cleaners. I told the lady about the great find of my shirts and asked to have them pressed only. She asked if I needed them cleaned too but I said no just pressed. I've been to other cleaners where they charge about $3,75 a shirt and they are pressed also. I figured with just pressing it would be less money. I came in the next week to get my shirts. The cost was $80.00. I said how much? She said it cost around 8.00 a shirt to be pressed but $3.75 a shirt a piece for cleaning and pressed. I was told when the shirts are laundered and cleaned the pressing is done by a machine. Unknown to me when shirts are just pressed they are hand pressed which is more expensive. I told the lady if I was told it would be cheaper to have the shirts cleaned, I would have went that route. I told them $80.00 was crazy to pay for pressing my shirts. I offered to pay them the cleaning price for the shirts which would have been around $40.00 even though they were not cleaned. She said no. Even though I put up a pretty good argument that I should have been told it would be cheaper just to have the shirts cleaned, I paid 40.00 cash to receive my shirts on the promise to pay the other $40.00 next. week. I am a man of honor and will pay the remaining $40.00 next week. I felt I had been misled and this business left a bad taste in my mouth. I will move on to another cleaners.

Growing up I've seen my parents come to this place many times after trying out other cleaners. Now that I am older I use this place as well! The lady at the desk is so kind. One thing I'd like to mention is that if you bring your clothes in with hangers, they will switch it out for their hangers when you come pick it up. I also like to add that they also have a second location in town!

Good service for dry cleaning, but they do not accurately list their opening/closing times. Their main window sign and internet sites say closing at 6 pm M-F, but a temporary paper window sign states 5pm.

I have been dry cleaning the majority of my clothing for over 40 years in the Fresno/Clovis area. Lynn and her staff are the first cleaners that I have stayed with consistently. I am always met with a smile and called by my name. I love that I can just walk in drop off my clothes, sleeping bags, drapes etc and don't have to fill out paperwork. They always carry my clothes out to the car. First cleaners I have used that knows how to take care of cashmere and silk. Give them a try at their 2 convenient locations and you will never go anywhere else. Reasonable!!!!!!!! Wish I could give them a 10. They use expensive protective coverings for a great price. G.
