Yesterday out of the blue my dog started acting strangely. This emergency is right around the corner. I rushed him there and rang the bell and another customer let me in. I get to the reception desk and am immediately told that they cannot see my dog. I had an actual emergency and they just sent me away without even looking. He would have been towards the top of triage. He died at the next emergency that we got to and I will forever have to wonder if they got him to the back and started working if I would still have my dog. Do not go here if you are having an actual emergency! You might go home without your heart.

He got our baby in right away and explained everything to us. I actually called first and then ended up at a different hospital. But best mistake I could have made. Our kitty is in great hands. They made us feel very comfortable.

Went here a while back and not a single good thing about them . The receptionist was superrrr rude! I explained to her how I foster dogs that are abandoned and help them find an owner and she asked me "so how much money you make from the people?" I told her $0 and I do it from my heart to help animals. She then said "I don't know, my shift just started and you're better off putting your dog down, he's way too old" thank god I would never listen to these people, my dog is still alive today and running around super happy. I will always tell my friends, family and co workers to stay away from here

Could not be more happier with our visit on the morning of 9/27/2023 - I took my dog Zoey in for diarrhea and vomiting for a week and a possible hernia. We were taken care of so well. The front desk girl and I'm so sorry I forgot her name Katrina Or Katherine was so sweet ! Our vet tech Melissa was very informative and patient and our veterinarian Dr Lain took her time explaining and educating . Dr Lain also didn't push unnecessary blood tests and X-rays which I really appreciated The initial visit fee was only $73 Our total for 2 prescriptions, 1 fecal test , and a prescription diet (I bought 10 days worth even though I only needed 3 days) came out to a total of $240 . I really thought we would spend over 500 here Very happy, puppy is happy and feeling better Also to mention: coffee in lobby and everything was very clean and neat

I DO NOT RECOMMEND This place at all took my Belgian shepherd here do to Having Kennel cough they said that they wanted to keep him overnight to and wanted to charge me $3500 after I declined and ask for my dog back they came back with a second estimate of $330 and the medication they wanted to give him was for parasite's and nausea nothing to do with the cough after I declined service they said that they were gonna give me a release form and I could leave they made me wait 2 hours before giving me any form and they kept my dog in the back so I couldn't leave and I could here them cracking jokes in the back after that interaction I didn't know where or who to take him the next day I ended up taking him to Tulare -kings veterinary services in Visalia Ca they where so amazing they took him in with me beside him showed me and explained to me how or why he got kennel cough and gave me all the right medicine the total was $74 for meds hope this helps so people don't get scammed or dogs don't get sicker due to the veterinary that doesn't know what there doing

Has different vet everyday.Hard to understand what recommendations were. Very expensive.would call in and got same response by techs...frustrating

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, As someone who works in healthcare its sad to say this place does not care for you or your animal. My puppy tested positive for parvo and was told we would speak to the Vet for the next steps, My puppy is 8 weeks and is not feeling well. We got in the room at 7:52 only to be told at 10pm that they received another critical dog and the doctor will come inform us when he can. When we first showed up there was no one here and we waited two hours for nothing but excuses. My puppy is on death's doorstep and the vet couldn't even come acknowledge us . Bullshit . Thanks for nothing.

If I could give more stars I will. Dr. Marsh and the late night shift crew went above and beyond with my Bubba. After going to different vet hospitals in the valley These amazing people were the only ones willing to help out of the kindness of their heart. They took care of my Bubba as if he was their own. And I will forever be thankful for. Dr. Marsh was very informative which helped us better understand what was going on and gave plenty of options. My Bubba crossed over the rainbow bridge early this morning in my arms. The kindness and compassion the staff showed made the letting go part a little easier and I'll forever be thankful for you all. Dr. Dobbins and his staff took excellent care of our two dogs. They said their life and also were very caring and compassionate towards us. This clinic was also less expensive than others in the area for emergency care.

Great work done by staff and hospitable people. VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. but overall happy with end result my cats 6 stitches healed nicely. Just wish the quote was accurate to the actual price.

What a great place! I love that they are open 24/7. I took my fur baby in after she had a seizure. They did the works on her. They also informed me they could do a CT scan if I was interested. I went back a second time for the CT scan. Elena was an angel! She took my baby back with so much love and tenderness. They are better than human hospitals. They give you updates 2xs a day and are so kind. Very happy with front staff and evtaking care of my baby. A special thank you goes to Elena for being a sweetheart.

Great care and service they helped me out with my sick dog and were understanding of my budget. My dog got better and I Thank them for great service. The ladies up front were fantastic and kind. The doctor and the assistant were very knowledgeable and gave great advice and service. Even clipped my dogs nails for me. He is such a baby about it lol. Thank you guys ?
