Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department, been trying to have my prescription reran since my doctor resent over my prescription due to it not processing under the correct plan benefit just to be told the same thing

Worst pharmacy you can have. I have been calling for a week just to ask if my prescription is ready but due to my memory loss/seizures i do not remember prescription nunber. You cannot talk to anyone over the phone and they will not give you a call back. If you try and speak to a representative the call will be forwarded leaving you with a voicemail that will never be returned. Why is it so hard to awnser the phone and do your job!

I got off late from work and came by at 9:30 & everything is completely closed.

Today I had the most terrible and unprofessional visit ONCE AGAIN. This location has a history of bad service and issues with prescriptions, but today was the worst. We pulled up the drive thru to pick up prescriptions, the person was a young Asian man who was initially talking to us. He was not rude, he was fine. He told use for 3 three prescriptions that were ready, had to be run for insurance because it was not on file. We had to go in or call on the phone. That wasn't great but fine, its a process I thought. So I left the line, parked and called. I got a woman named MARGIE. She was unpleasant to say the least. I dont understand the need to be RUDE. But here is the real issue that started: I gave her the card information for my brother, she took it and finally after the process - said it was ready to go. Now, I ASKED her was it ready RIGHT now to for pick up? SHE said YES, but to make sure we come before closing at 6 pm. I asked TWICE to be sure, because again I have had issues in the past. I told her okay , I will be coming back to pick up. I go back in line, and the young man said it still wasn't ready. At this point I was upset, and asked to speak to someone. You can hear back and fourth in the window, and a man is shouting something that I can't hear. I asked the other young man if I can speak to a supervisor, and he said that man was. His name is JOHNNY. I say again that it's not right for Margie to say its ready and to now tell me it isn't. It's not professional and its misleading for customers. Johnny literally shouts that I have to wait! And that he has to get the meds ready, and that things take time. At this point I am fuming, and I tell him that it's not the POINT. Nobody likes to wait, but it happens, if it's communicated then the issue is not the waiting. THE issue is the fact that I was told something else, and that he is not taking accountability for his employee. And you know what he responds? "If it was so important, you could have just paid for it to start with."
WHO responds that way? I hope the cameras caught the whole thing. You bet for sure I matched his energy. I am not going to tolerate a SUPERVISOR (who needs to be re-trained) to tell me that I should have done something better - when ultimately it has to do with the staff. It was a complete mess. He kept spinning around to "its a wait", "we should know that", to it being our fault. I kept repeating myself it's not about the wait: It's about what I was told to being told something different and not getting an apology for it. He didn't want to hear the facts, he wanted to jump to conclusions. Well now I'm taking to someone higher.

This store is literally never open till 10pm. 9pm is the latest and most nights its closed by 8:30pm

I asked them at CV S start Keith Canyon to transfer all my meds from Rite Aid to CV S they said OK, no problem well, I have like 12 medications. The only ones they transferred to their office is the ones you already be paid for and they'd have the rest of them over there at rite. Aid. So now I have 2 pharmacies. Thank you CV s for such poor performance.
