If I could triple that star rating, I would! Dr. Gary has the BEST " bedside manner" imaginable! Both he and Dr. Murphy listen to you and address all the concerns you may have, and when you leave , you feel so much better and at ease about your furbaby. There's no " up selling " going on and they only do what's needed and have your pet's health as their #1 priority. Best office in town!

This is hands down the best vet I've ever been to, I would recommend it a million times over. Great experience from beginning to end. I won't be going to any other vet except this one.

The staff and Doctors are all awesome. They are so caring and helpful! They also are always able to fit you in on an emergency basis which had not been my experience with other Vets.

Best vet in the world he loves animals and so honest and understanding and loving to my fur babies! He's been taking care of our animals since I was 18 I'm so so so much older now! We love Dr. Shapazian!

I would recommend Bluff veterinarian service without reservation. We have five dogs different breeds, two cats, presently, but in the past have had fish, hamsters, rats and more and are picky about whom we trust their lives to, which really is their daily care with your veterinarian. Many our animals are rescues so they all come with their own unique problems. Dr Gary is Well educated, intuitive, very experienced, conservative, but can be aggressivewith needed, he is honest, personable and truly cares and loves animals as if they are his own. Everyone in that office is a team and an amazing highly qualified one at that! Dr, Gary has extended one of our pups lives by 6 years finding and taking out a cancer that was extremely difficult to get to and even more frightening that was aggressive we came in for a yearly exam, always in depth! he found the smallest bump but his knowledge of where how it felt was extremely accurate. He and his surgical staff were acutely careful to get all of the cancer removed from a tricky location. Dr. Gary never makes a fly by night decision always researching and up to date, cautious, to understand the full picture, and carefully thought out. He will give you a full explanation of what is going on with your pet with the deepest respect to both Understanding both the pet and the owner He is conservative doesn't jump into expensive blood tests or surgery's unless absolutely needed. It is not unlike Dr Gary to give you a call a couple times during the week to see if an ill dog is responding to treatment. I probably shouldn't share this, but I've even known him to come in on his Sunday afternoon to see the Pet so that he could analyze in person all that was going on. Most vets would send you to the ER if there was a problem at night or on a weekend. An ER would do expensive bloodwork, they don't know your pets medical history. Dr Gary resolve the problem right away and the pup was back to himself in no time at all. It is without reservation i give my trust to palm bluff veterinarian services, the whole office from staff, to his associate doctor, his surgical team and especially to Dr Gary.

He is the best veterinarian. Very knowledgeable and is always looking out for the animals well being. Staff is top notch!! I will forever grateful for taking care of my fur baby

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this vet company. From start to finish, it was a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The staff at this place are not only rude but shockingly unprofessional.

Very inconsiderate with my niece (white kitten luna) they did not give us medical record papers regarding her procedure and did not even give her a cone to prevent her from licking the site. The receptionist was very rude containing Luna's medical history with ring worms (we asked to be shown where) and she didn't even want to touch her; I know ring worms can be contagious but at least put on gloves and show concerned pet parents especially when you work for a veterinary clinic. Very helpful coworker came along and said she wouldn't mind showing us where the ring worms are. Luna is in questionable shape right now and if things don't end well with her, we'll know it's most likely mistreatment from this clinic. Don't bother with this place.

This is by far the worst dentist office I’ve ever been too. The staff is extremely rude. Beware of the scams they pull to save money on there taxes at the end of the year. It’s not enough that they over charge you for services but they will take your information and submit false invoices. Do not trust this company with your personal information. The staff is highly trained to SCAM! There’s much better offices that actually appreciate people and will not take advantage of opportunities the collect a buck from people who can’t afford it!

Not taking new clients, didn't even want to listen and tell me what I should do. So much for the good reviews, I feel that they only care about clients pets and not all animals.
