Thank you Ryka and Fairfield Inn for the most amazing hospitality I've ever experienced!
My fiancé and I stayed here one night on the way to our wedding. Hours and hundreds of miles after checking out, I realized I left my suit in the closet of our room. Oh no.
We called and Ryka picked up... I'm so immensely grateful she was who we reached. Ryka immediately sprang into action on our behalf. It was no easy task to make sure my suit made it to me safe, sound, and on time (on a holiday weekend, no less). However, a few emails and phone calls later, Ryka organized a shipment and personally ensured it was on its way. The suit arrived the day of the wedding and luckily, my fiancé still said, "I do" ;)

The hotel is okay. Definitely a few random hairs in the shower upon check in, the bed looked clean and that's the important part. The beds are comfprtable and the hotel is in a good location for the Fresno Airport and there are a few food options close to the hotel. Be advised to lock your vehicle and exercise caution around the neighborhood as there are definitely some local creatures walking around nearby. It's California so that's to be expected.
Rooms: Rooms were decent. Fairfield Inns seem to have a weird design with the main door not being able to open if the bathroom door is open. Room was clean enough, but definitely a few hairs were left behind in the tub after the last clean.
Safety: Definitely a few homeless and gang looking types walking around the area. Lock up valuables and exercise caution if alone outside the hotel.
Walkability: Restaraunts within walking distance and the airport is also within walking distance just across the street.
Food and drinks: Our flight left too early to try the breakfast but they do have a small convenient store in the hotel lobby.
Noteworthy details: It looks like they have an airport shuttle van, so if you're staying here after flying in you may want to inquire about the airport shuttle.

Place had the worst Customer service, fact that they have hidden fee charges.
58$ on taxes was ridiculous

Stayed at this hotel for 3.5 months on business. Very friendly and professional staff. Housekeeping cleans rooms every other day (full service not a refresh). Bathroom was modern with glass door entry. Fair warning as the hotel is brightly colored, with blue/brown carpet and yellow walls throughout. Pool was open throughout stay as well. If I return to Fresno on business, will certainly consider this hotel.
Safety: Felt completely safe throughout the entirety of my stay. Hotel is secure and rooms have covers on the peepholes. General neighborhood felt safe and was quiet.
Walkability: In walking distance, there are two (2) gas stations, Starbucks, Little Caesars Pizza, and Quiznos. If you need anything else, it is a long to very long walk.
Food and drinks: Free hot/cold breakfast. Small market in hotel where you can purchase snacks, frozen meals, and drinks. During my stay, they did not sell alcohol. By the time I checked out, they applied for a permit to sell alcohol.
Noteworthy details: Hotel charges a fee per night to park a car.

Right next to the airport. We had some issues getting the shuttle which wasn't the end of the world. Received a call from the manager apologizing. That's customer service!
