I've been coming here for several years and they usually do a good job. Not today. When I left there were still a bunch of dead bugs on the front of my Jeep, bird shit still on the hard top and front bumper, residue still on the windshield. I won't be back anytime soon. My Jeep was a rush job and it showed.

I have been going to this car wash for a couple of years now. The team has always been very friendly and does good work. Unfortunately, today I encountered an employee who was apparently having a bad day. He was rude and had a major attitude; it seemed like he wanted to be fired. I considered leaving since that was the first person I came into contact with, but after careful consideration seeing that the rest of the crew and the manager were trying to accommodate the customers' needs, including mine at that moment I opted to continue. After that employee was moved to work on a different vehicle, I was able to proceed and have the same great experience I have become accustomed to.

Surprisingly expensive! Not equal to service! Remembering the $7 simple carwash =5 minutes! Now there is a frequent delay and $15 ! $35 full wash???? Not good value!

Terrible place. I keep coming back here for convenience sake when I can't find the time to wash the car and need it done fast. However, I'm left in awe of how poor of a job they do. Always leaving streaks of unwashed vehicle, and bugs on windshield. Apparently they raised their prices. I guess for the lack of service they've been performing over the years. Amandeep can't even answer questions without a poor attitude and walks away as he's answering you. Can't wait for this place to change hands.

Not a good car wash. Came out almost as dirty as went in. No pre wash just straight into the brushes on dry dirty car leaving scratches all over it. Stay away unless you want your paint destroyed

I've been coming to this car wash for years. After new ownership took over, it has gone down hill. Jack treated his people right and it showed. These new owners have cut so many corners! They refused to make repairs to the drive belt; I experienced being stuck midway through the wash cycle more than once. This just recently was replaced. Consistently poor wash quality, the current wash attendants are annoyed if you don't tip. Sorry, I can't find myself to tip when time after time I regretted tipping based on overall wash quality. Here's to hoping the new owners find a buyer, and quick!! I will not be returning.

Hooray! A car wash that my Corvette can go through! On the SW corner of Herndon and West. The hubby had me go over there when they were doing some recent work at the car wash to see if my C6 was too low for the runners. It was NOT! Hooray! Better pricing than some of the other hand car washes around town, so that's a plus.

It's a hand car wash so that's awesome but it's hit or miss on the care the employee will provide. I've been using this location for years and 99% of the time I'm very happy especially since they dry the car as part of the service. But the last two visit the wash was horrible. I get home and question what they actually did. Might pay a few more dollars for this service if I knew the craftsmanship would improve. I'm only giving two stars because previously for years the quality has been really good. But now two trips in a row of bad service can't be by accident.

It's somehow it took two people two to three times as long as it takes for me to wash my car myself and then to make it even worse the car wasn't even clean.They told me it was done while I could see a big piece of bird poop from about 8 ft away on the hood that I had to ask them to clean up I wish I actually did a spin around the car and realized that they didn't even clean it entirelyWaste of time and money I could have done it entirely myself for three times as fast in less than half the moneyDon't bother with this place
