Thank you to everyone who mentioned that this place is noisy! I brought earplugs and it was much better. Noise from the freeway nearby, noise from the train, etc. But the room itself was clean and as advertised. Fine for an overnight stop after a family wedding nearby. I didn't eat the breakfast but my husband said it was okay. So as long as you plan for the noise, it's a nice place to stay.

They got the worst location for this hotel either they got a train Go by the hotel and goes by every hour an horn off every hour it'll be all right if it didn't have to blow his horn and also you got sitting it next to a highway The windows not even soundproof what kind of hotel is this then on top of that they got me on the second floor it was a bunch of it are the high school girls or college girls with some kind of team or a tour group you don't do that with a driver who's been driving all day with a group for 7 hours 12 hours a day they could at least give you some ear plugs so that you can sleep a little better also too I think it's been about 3 years since I've been here and a room still looks the same no upgrade

A company reserved a room while attending a meeting in Fresno. 1st room, electricity kept going out in this room. Reported it to the front desk twice. Got moved to another room, which the next morning I was covered in bug bites, legs, arms, neck, stomach. Carpet smelled like pee.
Will be 1st n last time ill stay at a Hampton Inn n Suites.

Gabriel is the one who made our entire stay! He was absolutely AMAZING! When we checked in he was super friendly, funny, and informative. When I come back that way, he will be the reason I go back to this place. Do whatever you can to keep him. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. I'm happy they had breakfast but everything didn't look that appetizing, except those strawberry waffles! One more time for Gabriel! Great job and keep it up even if you get those difficult guests.

Room supplies: movable hangers, iron, coffee pods, small refrigerator, microwave, etc.
Bathroom supplies: towels, hair dryer, shampoo and bath products, lotion, etc.
Accommodation experience:
1. The double mattress has moderate softness and hardness, and the quilt with embossed design is textured and comfortable. It would be better if the lighting in the room were brighter.
2. The bathroom is spacious. But the only drawback is that the fixed hair dryer and fixed shower head are not very convenient to use. In addition, I don't know if the ventilation equipment is too weak or malfunctioning. After bathing, there is an extreme lack of oxygen, making it difficult to breathe.
3. The thick inner curtains in the room cannot be moved or closed. Could it be that they are just for decoration?!
4. Breakfast is an American breakfast - bread and toast, baked potatoes, chicken products, scrambled eggs, milk, coffee, tea bags, juice drinks, oatmeal, various cereals, fruits, yogurt, etc.
5. It is worth mentioning that: DIY waffles are made for breakfast~super delicious! I really like it! Also, for consumers who neither drink milk nor coffee, the hotel also has cocoa powder, which is available at Lengleng In the winter, this cup of hot cocoa warms my heart!
6. About ten minutes’ walk from the hotel, there is a Target Department Store for shopping~
