We moved to Fresno 6 years ago and after one visit to Red Carpet we never went anywhere else. Great staff - friendly and knowledgeable and move things along efficiently while being thorough. My visit today (for oil and top ups and tires)was made great by Arturo and Angie. So helpful. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Thanks guys! Stew and Annie

this car was parked for a while, so it was filthy, but the kid completely missed the rear passenger window sticky scum.
That said, Irene the detail department manager completely made up for the oversight. She didn't have to at all as it had nothing to do with her. Yet shewent above and beyond to carefully remove whatever adhesive was on my window.
Give her a raise or a bonus or something😊

I just wanted to share my experience . that I had a very hard-working Young man I believe his name was Gary Beck#48.. he was very polite ..and wasn't the original person who clean my car. Upon inspection of my car I noticed that the door panels were still dirty and the rubber mats are not washed and cleaned I brought us to the attention of Mr Beck who was just walking by after working hard on another car without hesitation he went above and beyond his way to take care of the problem and quickly cleaned my rubber mats and my door panels with a smile...I just wanted to say thank you to Mr Beck 48 for doing such a great job 👍
