Oh my gosh! I am for sure coming back to Euro Car Clinic! After going to a bunch of places wanting a diagnosis on my car, Euro Car Clinic gave me a true, honest diagnosis and provided me the most affordable options! I would highly recommend Euro Car Clinic to anyone in need of reliable and most importantly, trustworthy automotive service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Owner took the time to explain entire repair process . I'm very happy with my repair and the quality of service I received overall.

Euro Car Clinic and Wilbert are top notch. They're very clear with what work they're doing on your car - they clearly lay out each and every service they're performing/what it costs, communicate well with you as the work is being done, and talk you through your various options throughout the entire process. I've had 3 different jobs done with them (headlights, brake pads/rotors, and AC system service), and have been satisfied with the work done on each job. Highly recommended!

I took my used Honda CR-V to Euro Car Clinic in Fullerton and will not hesitate to return again for service when needed. Diagnostic tests were performed with clarity and complete explanations and photographs. Their service was professional, friendly, and fair. The services I chose to have performed were completed in a timely manner with a 3 year/36K mile warranty.

I have been bringing all of my vehicles to this location for over 20 years and 3 different owners. Before when it was Dealers Tiers and Wheel and now Euro Car Clinic and I must say the customer service has not changed. It is still amazing! Better pricing than the official car dealership and more prompt! Plus they actually fix the issue unlike the dealership where you pay to a fix and yet they can even use the computer to fix the warning light on something as simple as the wiper fluid what a joke! And vs giving you a list of new fixes you have to get done on your car, very disappointing when you can’t even trust the official dealer. The front desk representative Wilbert was very polite and knowledgeable he got the job done. Literally saved me over $100 bucks on a very simple fix where it would have cost me over $150 at the dealership. It is located in the very heart of Fullerton and is a prime location you can’t miss them and if your car maintence should take longer than expected it is just across the street from AMC theater, In-Out and walking distance from Down town fullerton so you can go enjoy the day down the street and spend the $100 on yourself and have fun. If I could give them 10 stars I would! It is all about the customer experience here. Where as the dealership is continually hounding me to trade in my car and purchase a new one and would not even give me kelly blue book value! My car make and model is one of the best and you see cars of its class 40 years still on the road! The is not the Bizz and I took Autoshop since high school we all know we are just a number to them like how they place on our cars. Not building on the customer experience. Definitely go check them out!

I had been a customer of Dealer's Wheel and Tire for the better part of 20 years and I had family that were customers even longer than that. The change of ownership admittedly had me quite nervous, it can be hard to find places you trust. That said, Wilbert and the crew here (some of which have been around a long time) really put my mind at ease.
The customer service was excellent, the work they did was quick and well done, and I feel immensely confident about continuing to bring my car back here for a long time. Really, really happy that this shop continues to be a stellar place to take your car regardless of the name on the building.

I knew I needed some routine maintenance done on my 2016 VW Jetta since I had just hit 80k miles, so I was looking for a shop that specialized in European cars that would have better service and cheaper prices than taking it to a VW dealership. I was so happy that I found Euro Car Clinic in Fullerton! I initially had made an appointment just for an oil change, intending to get my fluids, spark plugs, and other maintenance items done at another time, but the team did their all point vehicle inspection and told me they could get those items done same-day at a very reasonable cost!
I ended up also needing a new drive belt (I had already been told this before by another shop but was putting it off) and was also made aware of a few other "wear and tear" maintenance items that I'll need to address at some point this year, but they made it super clear which items were more urgent and which could wait for another 6 months until my next oil change. Communication was super clear and service both over the phone and in person was extremely friendly and professional. As a woman, I'm always hyper aware of getting scammed by auto shops for things I don't really need, but everything they told me aligned with things I had been feeling about my car as I've been driving it over the past year. Prices were very fair as well, definitely better than what the dealership would have charged me, and they have a good warranty on parts in case something does go wrong. Definitely would recommend Euro Car Clinic to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, and affordable place to get maintenance or repairs on your car! :)
