I stopped for gas and a pack of gum. The cashier appeared to be new and asked another guy for help and the guy did not want to help and stood there cutting his nails with a pair of scissors. They argued for a few minutes until a 3rd worker finally came to help. I will not use this station again.

I've got gas and lottery tickets here for years off and on as Costco is our regular place to get gas. In the past 6 months this place cheated me on lottery tickets once, and told me I had already claimed a ticket. I left feeling like man I was sure I didn't cash that ticket. A couple months later they tried it again, and this time I was more forceful about it, and sure enough the guy said he made a mistake so he gave me my $100. Just a couple weeks ago they tried it again, and again I pushed and sure enough he gave me my $40. Once is a mistake, twice is questionable, three times is fraud. This place needs to be investigated.Joseph

The fact you have 1 star rating I totally understand. To turn off the function of a customer (the one and only time I will be here) that shops at Albertsons twice a week that we can not add the set amount to pay so we as your customers don't have to stand at the pump is BS. Your a horrible owner, and sadly you have the brand of shell. You should be ashamed. Go to Sinclair on commonwealth and Euclid way cheaper and has their CUSTOMERS in mind.

Melinda acts very passive aggressive and always seems like she's doing something that she shouldn't be doing I've used the restroom only twice on different days when she's around and she does not allow me to use the restroom more than 2 minutes she asks me to hurry up and locks the doors as soon as I leave. I've been there on separate occasions and people have used the restroom longer than that I don't know what that is about it seems like a personal issue or has it out for the way I look.

Around 2021, I noticed that this place was repeatedly short-changing me when I paid cash. I sympathize with people in boring retail jobs, and I'm sure if I had this job I would make my share of absent-minded mistakes. For that reason, I initially just pointed out the mistake, got my correct change, and chalked it up to human error. But it kept happening again and again, with the error always in their favor.

Today I went into this establishment to gas up my car I have been coming here for years since I reside in Fullerton I handed the cashier a Hundred Dollar bill for Gas she made accusations that my money was fraudulent how could this be when I just withdrew it from BANK OF AMERICA I was very upset I think since I’m a Latino she was profiling me although I am a Deputy in Los Angeles County and can identify a fraudulent 100.$ bill so not to create a scene I had no choice but to use my credit card and the worst part is that the cashier was a Latina I will never purchase anything from this gas station anymore nor will my family she obviously was from another country and was afraid to take my money or her Management team practice this on a regular basis when I left I entered another establishment and actually told the store owner could he look at my $100.00 Bill he stated it looked fine and actually cashed it for me what an embarrassment.

$85 limit at the pump. With high prices you have to do multiple transactions at the pump to fill you track unless you want to go inside.

DORIS is a lady in her late 40's who works at this shell. I went to buy gas and cigarettes and she had an attitude from the jump. She kept nagging and complaining to the point I think she was targeting me because I am colored. She is very rude, racist and discriminatory. She even refused to let me put in my gas rewards number and said I should afford the full price. This lady is very unprofessional and held up the line for no reason and kept snapping at me. Zero star for this employee. I would not recommend going when she is working. She should be fired. I came by today Friday March 4 at 1:20 pm. DORIS YOU ARE A RACIST RUDE B****

Honestly would give this place 0 stars. The card reader at the pump was working (understandable) so even though I was tired from a long drive I went in to fuel up. The cashier was a sarcastic condescending j**** I think he got mad that I told him the card reader was broken (I'm sure Im not the only one) but how hard is it to get paper write "Card Reader Broken" and tape it to the pump so someone doesn't try multiple times before having to walk inside. Im sure he was upset that he actually had to interact with people. This cashier should probably be moved to the night shift. Im sure that crowd would love his condescending attitude. Never stop here. I'll take my business elsewhere!!!
