They gave us a car with bad brakes. Oil fluid on the back trunk.And the seats had some gross powder.They refused to refund us. Just offered another car but to drive all the way back to pick it up is such a hassle.Definitely just pay the money for one of the regular rental car places. This one is definitely not worth it

Didn't even rent yet.. Was asking a few questions and he said u don't have full coverage... Asked him if I can buy full coverage... He said we don't do business with you... Asked him what rates was he said... I dont talk don't because I don't have full coverage... Was going to have my friend rent instead of me.... Lost business terrible customer service. Don't go here

Car smell like smoke return car owner ask for full tank of gas when it wasn't full when rented bad customer service not recommended.

Worst service I've ever seen. My family rented a car to las vegas last week. The car broke down A/C when it was only 1/2 way. we had to endure the heat all the way with 100F heat. And the whole way back because of the holiday, there was no car repair shop. And the store doesn't have a branch on the street or in Las Vegas to change cars. Afterall. The owner of the car is no apologies or not responsible at all. He even arguing with us. I advise people not to rent this place.

Please do not rent the car in this store. I'll never come back to it again. The service attitude is really bad and have no responsibility. My fam rent the car, but the AC didn't work when we go after 1 hour. Because of the holiday, when we call for repair store, but no one accept it. They do not have another replace car or anything. And when we talk with the man who said the AC is running fine. However he already know we've no AC for all the way go to Las Vegas. He took no responsibility for it. Again I just want to say that this store is horrible. Please don't rent a car here if you want to have a good trip instead of a bad trip.

Do not rent a car here. I rented a car and the car broke down but when I told them they didn't get it wrong and blamed me. Too bad.

Very very bad customer service!!!! Please do not rent a car at this company because they do not work. Rented out a sienna to Vegas and the most needed thing in the car wasn't working...the AC. Not even half way the Barstow, we had to pull down all the windows down because the AC was blowing hot air with 100 degrees weather. This is my first time using them and my last time!!!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!! You pay cheap rate for cheap cars that don't work. I will stay with Enterprise next time. The owner won't give you a refund because of the AC was not working and told that we were wrong so what is the point of renting a car at this place???? IF you read this please do not rent a car there!!!!!

I rented a car for 3 days to Las Vegas. After taking the car for 1 hour, the A/C was unusable and full of hot air. We had to ride in the car in the heat. But we went through the desert more than 100 degrees F. After we returned the car, the company did not admit its fault and said we were wrong.

They have the lowest and deals on car rentals in Orange County! Excellent service. Super friendly, will go out of their way to help you and make sure you’re happy! So thankfulI found this place!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Needed an 8 seater car last minute because we reserve a vehicle with enterprise but when we arrive there, they said they didn't have any available nor did they try to contact us that they wouldn't have our reserved vehicle available. We were super stressed out. I found this place on Yelp and gave them a call. Luckily they had one more 8 seater available. The process went by smooth and we made sure to check the car for any unmarked spots and damages. The korean guy who help us (I couldn't get his name) was kind and helped us quickly. Glad I found this place because they seriously helped us when enterprise let us down!

This was a horrible experience for my family. We had planned a 5 day trip up to San Diego to attend sea world and the San Diego zoo. We wanted to rent a big car for our family so the car ride would be comfortable for us. So we went to this place not knowing how horrible it would be. We picked out a 2013 Toyota Venza. The first couple days were fine and no problems had occurred. But the last day was when everything turned horrible. It began in the morning when we drove to get breakfast and after we finished eating the car would not start. We figured it was because the cars battery had been drained so I asked around looking if anyone had a jumper cable but no one had it, so I had to walk nearly a mile to the nearest auto zone just to get the cables which costed $25. We hooked it up to the battery and all went well for a while. Until later after we went to the zoo the car wouldn't start. Luckily we still had the jumper cables and some helpful person helped us move the car out of the parking space and tried to start it back up again. But this time it didn't work we tried numerous times over and over again but it still didn't work. We called the company and they had the nerve to argue with us when we were the ones stranded in an unknown place. My family had to wait hours in the scorching sun until we can find a solution to the problem. We had to figure this out ourselves as this place would not help us. They basically said we had to handle this ourselves. They made us call a mobile mechanic instead of them. I had to call an Uber to get me and my family back to the hotel which we had to pay out of our own pocket even though it was their fault for giving us a faulty car. The tow car later came to the parking lot and towed the car away. We were sent a replacement car later that night and we drove the replacement car home. When I went to return the replacement car with them we had a big argument. They wanted us to pay for tow truck which was $400+ and the supposed "owner" Sam was extremely rude and difficult and threatened to me into collection. He pointed a finger at my wife and started yelling at her. I offered to call the authorities so they can sort this out but he declined saying it was some policy. Sam was extremely rude and aggressive even though we were the victims of this horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. AND PLUS THEY EVEN STOLE ANEW JUMPER CABLES THAT I BOUGHT WHEN THEY TOWED THE CAR BACK!
