Even thought they have written on the email that you can print out your label by QR code. The old lady work there refuse to do it. She asked me to go Home Depot near there. She said they don’t do it like that in here. I tried it before but the other younger staff was really nice to help me.

I did not even want to give one star. I was helping my parent to pick up stuff. Even with my parent’s ID. They would not allow me. They asked me to talked to Fedex. Called, verified the info. Staff told me they need to speak with Fedex. Passing the phone to the staff, the lady even said she does not believe I was speaking to a real FedEx representative. Eventually FedEx manager had to call the staff in the store to allow me to pick up the package. Waisted more than one hour to pick up the package. If you really need to go. Avoid the acting manager. She is not respectful. .

Now that there aren't too many Fedex Shipping Centers, this one is one of the better ones. The service is good and people are friendly.

Nice people the handful of times I've had to come in. They make my shipping process quick and efficient. I've come in there with even large items to ship and they make the process easy. I would recommend.

Came hear today to drop off a package. Had the QR code for them to print the label. The lady there said she couldn’t print it so I had to go Office Depot. Seriously? What kind of fedex place can’t print return labels. Waste of my time!!!
