My mom and I went to drop off a box and the lady at the front was very kind. She helped us with tape and had a great attitude. They deserve all the business they can get. Also there was no line so we were out in less the 5 minutes. Thank you so much!

I came here back in 2020. I heard there was a change in ownership. The customer service is very good! I have dealt with Kim, and Jesse both are very friendly, extremely nice, and they both have gone above and beyond when assisting me with my packages. I have been coming here on several occasions. The customer service is still exceptional! Thank you both for your great service and keep up the good work!

Came to drop off an eBay return today. Asked if I wanted receipt. No issues. They do have a sign that says they don’t accept UPS drop offs, but there is a giant UPS logo on the signage.
