Today I called to inquire about a certain brand I was looking for: the lady answered, I asked my question, and instead of getting a response, I got a *sigh* and hung up. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Definitely not referring anyone here.

I just ordered a decent sized order. I paid for 3-4 day shipping they are giving me the $22.04 shipping cost back plus a few extra things for free. I'm a first time buyer and I'll definitely be ordering again.

Great Service and Fast Shipping ! I have to be honest I was nervous to order from them, given there are little reviews for this company. But I would like to be the first to say I had a great experience with this company. I would also like to applaud them on their amazing communication! There was a mistake made on my order and they called me immediately to fix it , and then followed up with me to let me know my package was on the way. Highly recommend this company! ✨✨

Well I called in and I feel like this store needs to go ahead and update on yelp because they are not open to the public it's only a warehouse and they're opening open to businesses or wholesale it's a shame because if it's a big store I feel like they will make more business with being open to the public but oh well their other stores out there

I've been to quite a few wholesale supply stores and this is by far the best all around by far. Customer service is top notch while the prices cannot be beaten. The associates are very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to asking for help. Best part is if you don't want to shop online and your in the area , they let you shop in the warehouse which makes selecting products a breeze. I'm definitely making Nail Cost Inc. my go to supplier!

THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING--all the latest nail trends whether it's hologram powder to a wide array of gel colors. It is a local shop that's hidden away in a street but it's a local gem. The employees are very helpful and accommodating. They are sure to help you find whatever it is that you're looking for. I totally recommend this supply shop!

There are many nail supply stores in the Westminster/garden Grove area but none of them can compare to the level of service and deals I get from Nail Cost! Best part is you can either order online at NailCost.com, by phone or walk in. If you end up not finding what you need they will also go out of their way to find it for me.
