They were very kind and gentle. Our Yorker who had cancer took a turn for the worst and could t make it until his vet opened the next day. You use an app to complete paperwork which was very easy todo. We had to to a humane euthanasia and we were so pleasantly surprised when they brought our boy home to us!!
