I've come here for printing services a few times this past year, and each time, I was pretty pleased. The print department (shoutout to Ash, Salem (?) and Richard (?)) is really friendly, patient, and courteous. They're awesome! On my most recent visit, there was a bit of confusion on how many prints and cuts to make, so I waited another 15ish minutes to get the remainder of my order. No big deal; they handled it well, and luckily, I wasn't in a rush. For reference, I was printing wedding invitations. However, the last small stack (about 30) that was printed wasn't cut too well, like the color borders of my cards got partially cut off. The majority (about 90) look fine, though. Aside from that slight imperfection, I'm still happy to be a customer here and do recommend the print department here!

Amazon returns are awful here. The line is always long and the process takes forever. Wish Amazon would stick with UPs for returns.

The worst service, the worst system, the employees are not efficient. The employees seem tired and do not speak to customers in a good way most of the time. They have an unfair waiting system. You can be standing for 15 minutes waiting for your turn, to receive your order or to print, and someone comes to ship something they gonna take him over you.After waiting 24 hours for an important plan to pick up , this is the result??Thank you for

When I visited the local Staples, I couldn't help but notice its very old-fashioned look. The building, both inside and out, feels like it's stuck in the past. The parking area is not only unclean but also poorly lit, making it hard to see anything at night. Inside, the situation doesn't improve. The computers for sale are extremely outdated, reminiscent of models from the 1990s. It's no surprise that customers are not flocking here. The store's inventory clearly needs an overhaul to keep up with modern trends and consumer demands. Unfortunately, it seems like the management isn't taking the necessary steps to revitalize this place. Without significant changes, I fear this Staples might go the way of Sears, slowly fading into obscurity. It's a shame, as with the right updates and attention, this could be a thriving store again.

On 12/30/23, I was looking for a STAPLES with PRINTING Staff that would HELP me out of Situation. I had just left Staples in Cypress, CA. Where the PRINTING staff were Rude & Unprofessional. And I found the Staples in Garden Grove, Ca. with Excellent Customer Service team-Richard & partner helped me out.

I've been a long time Staples customer and I shop at various staples locations, but I had to give a shout out to Ryan at this location for getting me set up on the newly updated Staples connect app. I was hesitant to bother with it while I was checking out but he made it so easy and he was so confident and didn't stumble once over explaining how to get set up in the new app and to make sure that I was logging in correctly so I could shop and see my rewards. You should definitely be involved in training for this store and other stores. Well done Ryan!

If only I can put 0 stars!!! I ordered business cards online to pick up the next day and went to pick them up and they were not ready! The girl told me they would be ready next day at 3:00. They even called me the next day to let me know the were working on them! I get there at 6:00 and they are not ready! That's BS!! Cancelled my order because I'm not going to be driving back so they can tell me the same thing! Why couldn't they notified me that they were not ready! Honestly it's disappointing! Never again going back to that staples! They fkn suck!!

printing service had such amazing service and they were so accommodating. i came in at a very busy and inconvenient time but they were so generous and helpful to me. the manager or supervisor was really nice in helping me despite coming in at a bad time. i also didn't catch his name but the guy was so nice and smiling the entire time, you made my night, im sorry i made you stay long but thank you so much
