Huge shout out the the printing department specialist Ashley. She is very professional and I have worked with her on two of my projects as she has printed out return address lables for me as well as save the date lables. I'm getting married very soon (August 2023). She was very patient with me as I had the file in a different format and she converted it to where the system exported it. She is very knowledgeable at what she does. Staples Garden Grove please keep her and if she isn't yet make her a manager. Hard worker's are hard to keep these days. Again Thank you again Ashley!!! I will definitely be back if I need anymore printing needs.

Wow just left with just 2 copies, but printer was down and there was only one gentleman who was heading the whole printing dept. He was taking calls, helping people with the copiers, people in line and handled it very cool and professional under pressure.. Richard, was also very courteous and knew what to do with all the people's questions, nice job Richard! Give this man a raise or promotion!

Ash in the printing department went above and beyond to help us print a poster. She took the time to resize it, and adjust the photo to make sure it was perfect. I am a mortuary manager and we trust this location to print all our posters for us. The family was so pleased with how it turned out. Thank you Ash for your patience and kindness.

Great guest service, a couple weeks ago I came in about 3 mins to closing and I begged to go inside and get something really quick, I already knew what i needed. At first they told me before walking in that they were closing but one of the ladies was nice enough to let me come in and get what i needed. Thank you again!

The manager Hoan was very friendly, and generous with his time, even though they were closing and very busy. He remembered who I was from the time I shopped before and was therefore able to settle my dilemma with quickness and ease. Very grateful to have a staples like this one around. 5 stars!

OMG, Andrew rocks! He was so helpful and patient when I was checking out, and then he helped me add the Staples app to my phone, which came with a very cool bonus gift. He is exactly the kind of employee any store would want, and people like Andrew are why I keep coming back to Staples.

Just came in to make some copies & regular office purchases. Asked employee "ASH" For assistance and she was RUDE, UNATTENTIVE, AND DID NOT actually assist. I had to call my daughter to come in to the store to help me instead. None of the staff there between 1130am and noon seemed to want to help customers... or even acknowledge them.

This place is so unprofessional. Their website says that if I submit my business card order before 2 pm that it will be available for same day pickup. So I took time out of my day to make sure it was done before 2pm as asked and at checkout it told me that it would be ready for pickup tomorrow. So I call the store and the employee had the audacity to tell me that since it was 130 pm maybe the store just skippped it until 2pm and was so rude about it. Makes no sense to me because it clearly states that if done before 2pm it will be ready for same day pickup. 2pm is the cut off time you ignorant woman. Not 130pm so maybe get that fixed on your end !!!

Steven was great ! He not only greeted me at the door when I walked in but he also helped me pick out the perfect office chair and even went out of the way to grab one from the top of the racks when the one I wanted wasn't on the floor. He even built it for me and it only took 15 minutes !!! amazing amazing service very happy I came in today instead of ordering online! Thank you for the great and speedy service
