Never answers phones and when they do I get placed on hold for 30minutes then they disconnect me I work from 9am to 7 pm 6 days a week it is ridiculous that they can’t even answer the phones so I can make payments

Just rude customer service. This is why I dont like giving my information over the phone. I asked for the Manager because the agent was unsure about what she was quoting me. She said my monthly payments would be $999.00 a month for 6 months and stood 10 toes on what she said. The manager called me back 2 hrs later and didnt even know why she was calling me. Lmao. Its just bad business. Get it together folks.

the customer service was great at answering the phone-it was prompt and professional greeting, call transfer- call didn't drop, i didn't have to call back, collecting the payment BUT yes there is a BUT. when it came time for me to actually collect my temporary insurance card. THEY WERE JUST flat out LAIRS giving me the run around in story after story. i could had sat there and said i will stay on the phone with you till it comes through. not pleased with the service, had other thingz to do. if i had to do it over in picking a company, i would select otherwise. very dishonest in what they are doing IN AND FOR YOUR POLICY. guess they are waitin for the payment to post before you actually receive anything. if that NOT be the case than its very UNLOGICAL as to why two different continents were about to send me an email NOT including the TWO other persons i ask to email me from the united states-ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!

big lairs. if i had to pick again-IT WOULD NOT BE THIS COMPANY. they are dishonest with what they are doing with your policy and for your policy. i only made a payment and RECEIVE a receipt that reflected something totally different than what i was told as in THERE IS A BROKER FEE??? EVEN that i didn't and don't mind BUT i do in the sense of I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE wut i paid for-THAT PART! i called back THREE TIMES AFTER i made the payment WHY DID THEY KNOW WHO I WAS without name telling me they sent me an email that i neva received. EVEN FOUR HOURS LATER from tellin me they sent it??? i do not recommend this company-lairs!!! read their other reviews.....hmmm MORE BAD ONES THAN GOOD. maybe they wrote the good ones....just a thought. WE ALL CAN'T BE WRONG ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

Although their phone-in service leaves a bit to be desired (to clarify, the system they have in service...the people are fine), I have yet to find any prices for basic car insurance, lower than Academy Insurance...AND, I've been with them for more than 25 years.

Time to update my review from 3 years ago. I hope they see this knowing I will be calling them to give them a earful. Apparently my policy expired but they of course don't sent you a email or call you. They put imma in collections for 46 f***** dollars. Also just seeing this, means I've been without insurance for going on 5 months. Nice to know they pride themselves on communication.
