Micah is very good to work with, very friendly and helpful. I like him a lot, but one thing he might improve is ti call people back when some one leaves a message. Also, I could never actually get thru to the service dept on the phone which was a little frustrating

My twin brother John and I both leased EV SUV's in June of last year. He chose the Blazer EV RS, I chose another, a Japanese Import. After looking at and driving my brother's Blazer. It was obvious to me, I bought the wrong vehicle. I filled out the simple, vehicle trade on the Gilroy Chevrolet Cadillac website. I immediately received a call from Rick at GCC. I told him about my trade. The vehicle I wanted, and my Costco discount, first responder discount, and what a fair down payment would be. Peter, the Sales Manager called me back. 6 weeks earlier, I talked to him on the phone, but I didn't do my homework then. We talked for 5 minutes, closed the deal over the phone, and I brought my trade in the next day. It was that easy. Found the vehicle online. Filled out the trade interest online. Rick called me. Peter called me. The whole deal took about thirty minutes or less. I only went to the dealership to bring in my trade, and drive off in my 2024 Blazer EV RS. It's that easy! If you have a computer, cellphone, and some time, you can get a great deal at Gilroy Chevrolet Cadillac.
