Came into Marx to retrieve my vehicle my brother got impounded and had the awful pleasure of being helped by Selena. My father came in and asked a simple question about why the amount was so high and the way she snapped at him to wait while she's doing something had me at a lost of words. The attitude and tone in her voice was disgusting. I told my father to just go outside because I saw how offended he had gotten and I told her there was no need to be rude like she just was. She then argued back saying she wasn't being rude and said she was going to get her manager. Jim who was very nice informed me she had a hard morning. That is no excuse to act or talk to other guests the way she did to me or my father. Selena, as soon as i walked in just by a glance I could already tell you must of had a hard life with bullying and being picked on and I'm sure that's the reason you act the way you act however you should really learn to look beyond your troubling past and change your attitude if you're going to be working within costumer service. I hope you have the day you deserve.

We used Marx towing to haul farm equipment for us from Gilroy, CA to Mountain View, CA. Jim and Scott were fantastic! Excellent communication, customer service, and all around just a good group of knowledgeable people in the industry. AAA sent out Fernando this morning to tow one of our work trucks to our mechanic in San Jose. I thought I may need to reschedule because of where the truck broke down and the limited area to back up the two truck. Fernando was nice enough to help push the truck into a safe area so we did not have to waste time to have them out a second time. I really appreciate his willingness to help.

My car broke down at night in a parking lot and needed towing. I was told they'd arrive in 30 minutes. The tow truck driver arrived in 10 minutes but said he had to pick up another vehicle before me. That he had stopped by to see if all I needed was a jump. He said he'd be back in a 30 minutes. Instead of leaving he stayed in his tow truck taking on the phone. Once he left he never came back. I waited nearly 90 minutes, did not get a call back. I called the dispatcher again who was unaware I hadn't been picked up. She called the driver and then informed me he had to be rerouted and there would be no more drivers for the night so I'd have to wait til the morning to call them back and request service. Needless to say, I did not call back. I called one of their competitors, they were professional and picked me up as they said and on time.

So my bus was towed by Marx towing. Was the beginning of 2 weeks of hell. DMV, CHP, I have to say that the Marx towing crew was some of the kindest people I've ever met. From the driver to the management . They help me so many times. Thank you Jim for being so kind and helping me and all the driver who help with that janky old Ford truck. But there are no words to express the gratitude I have for their #1 driver Oman . If not for him I would've lost my bus and everything in it . Thank you . I appreciate everything you did for me.
