Horrible service. The Lady was very rude. She made my eybrows crooked and uneven. The total cost was 13 dollars and I paid her a 20 Bill and she gave me 2 dollars in return. SHE TIPPED HERSELF. DO NOT COME HERE.

I am so upset with my service this evening. I went in for eyebrow and lip threading. I was the only customer in the building & I was in the chair for 1.5 min. I have been growing out my brows for a while so there was a lot of work to do. She completely missed the middle of my eyebrows & when she got to lip it was two threads on each side. I had to come home and fix everything myself. And I was looking in the mirror and she went to grab it from me before I could say anything. I was over it, I didn't want someone who wasn't willing to do a good job to work on my face the day before Thanksgiving.

Got eyebrow and upper lip threading here. Waited ~20 min at 12:30pm on a Saturday for two ppl to be done before me. The woman who did my threading was very fast and it was relatively painless but I didn't get any after treatment and I don't feel like I got enough time to look at myself in the mirror and ask for any adjustments. After she finished she just walked away to the counter. I felt rushed to wipe off the hairs on my face so I could meet her there and pay. $33 after tax and (20%) tip which is more expensive than I ever paid for threading. When I got home, I saw some hairs she missed and the top line of my right brow was a little messy. Overall an okay job but not worth the price. Located in gilroy outlets. No problem finding parking.

LOVED Urmi's Henna designs!!! She did an amazing job and I was getting compliments all week!! I've been in to get my eyebrows done before and had an amazing experience too!!

I am a person who is in hurry all the time. Urmi is the best person i have met in eyebrow threading. She always waits up for me even if i am late and she has to close up. Great customer service… friendly and lovely.Service: Eyebrow threading

Terrible attitudes and unsanitary smell... also cut my eye when doing the threading and proceeded to blame me for not holding my hand in the correct position despite lack of instruction. Overpriced as well especially for a poor job. Would not recommend.

Do not come here!! I had my brows and lip threaded today. What a nightmare. The lady that did my threading today had long hair...I didn't ask for her name. My eyebrows are microbladed. I only require a cleanup under and above my brow line. When I could feel the girl threading close to my brow line, I reminded her that I just wanted a clean up. She said ok. I kept telling her, then the owner's sister came over, and she finished my brows up. I told the owner's sister that I only wanted a cleanup on my brows. She said something to the girl that originally did my brows what I said in their language. At the end, when she handed me the hand mirror to see my brows, I wanted to scream. The girl had threaded all of the hair on the ends of both my left and right eyebrows. I knew it! They charge $28 for brow and lip. $18 for brows and $10 for lip- what a rip off! They are robbing people that don't know any better. I said that I shouldn't be charged full price for the service. The owner's sister only took off $8 dollars. She shouldn't have charged me at all for my eyebrows. She even had the nerve to say, next time..I cut her off and said - I will not be coming back here ever again!! Do yourself a favor and save your money and aggravation and go somewhere else! This is not the place!

I asked for brow thread and to my amazement the gal did it quickly and rather painlessly! When I arrived home I quickly noticed one eyebrow was barely touched! I completed the job from home. I believe this may have not happened this way if the shop had more than a one person threading! There literally was at least six of us waiting. The Lady was just trying to process everyone as quickly as possible all the while leaving customers with poor results. Please get someone in their to help her out!

I spent $75 for a membership not realizing they put an expiration date on the card, my eyebrows take a while to out grow so I was surprised when I went In today for them to tell me it was expired and I only used my card twice! Very upsetting be aware of the membership expiration date. She said I should have known how long my eyebrows should take to grow. She wouldn't help me. I refuse to pay more money to get my eyebrows done after already paid $75. I only mark 1 star because I can't leave 0 stars!
