“I was looking to get a new portfolio and a friend recommended Pina Zangaro. Their wide selection of options gave me a lot of room to decided which one was right for me. I called a rep to discuss some of their options in a bit more detail and they were extremely helpful. After placing my order, I received my custom engraved aluminum portfolio in only a few days. They have amazing turnaround time. Upon receiving it though I noticed some slight imperfections in the engraving. The rep I spoke with followed up with me as soon as I got it. I explained to her the imperfections, sent her a few pictures and the next day she told me that they would be sending me a replacement shortly. I got the replacement shortly after. It was perfect!
