Horrible customer service. Although they have sale going on online. They did not want to honor it only because on their store mobile it said otherwise even though I was showing them the live current price online for the exact same product.

The stores were a little empty, the full line up is online so it was alittle surprise. Overall there were still a plenty to shop and look at just that there’s no deals nor having the full line up/sizes so might have to order online.

The unique thing about their clothing other than their style is that it is SOFT. I am allergic to most materials but the A&F is one of a handful i feel comfortable in.
