This place is horrible only one lady checking in nd doing the blood work done. Did an appointment online for 7:30 didn't get checked in till 8:45 this is so crazy. Never again don't use them change your lab

This is the worst lab company. Only 1 worker .. and nothing closer in Monterey park. 1 in alhambra but this maybe the same case.. 1 worker..

The phlebotomist was rude She let her friend jump in front of the people waiting for a long time and chatting with her friends like the others don't exit. There were about 10 people waiting for blood work. She is the only one working there. The process is very slow. I was the fourth person there at 7:30 AM. It took her an hour to finish me. She doesn't seem to know how to draw blood. She inserts the needle in the wrong place. My arm was bruised. I immediately stopped her and I had to teach her how to find veins to draw blood.

There is only one lady working, she register 5 patients and process blood test for those 5, go back to the front and register another 5 so on and on. Very unprofessional environment and also unhealthy. She is good but they need to hire more people with distinguishing function. Not recommended

I made an online appointment for my daughter to get her blood drawn here for 1pm today, Fri, 11/26. We showed up and they are completely closed. I tried calling and couldn't even leave a message. There is no one to contact. I am LIVID. I start a new job next week and won't be able to take her. This is is so unbelievably unprofessional. Go anywhere else.

I went today 08/10/2021 to the H Park office at 8:30 am and supposedly they open at 9:00 and I retire at 9:15 am and it was still closed and there were older people at the door waiting. It is irresponsible on the part of this company for this to happen. It is unfortunate!!!!. Hope someone takes action to correct this.

The reason why I'm giving one star is because the lab girl was doing everything. Only one person she was answering the phone checking ppl in the she was taking the blood out. I took my three kids and she miss input the information of one of my kids. I don't blame her she was doing everything. I blame who ever is overseeing this location m. You know how many mistake she can make by doing everything all by herself now my son has to do the test again.

Please save your time and find another lab to go to, if your health plan allows. This is the fourth time I have taken my dad here and the wait is unbearable. We have very few if any choices for labs as I work and can only take my dad on the weekends. The problem is that they only have one technician doing the patient intake and drawing blood. Poor lady is working as fast as she could but this company is too cheap to hire more ppl. The latest time we were here there were two technicians and the wait was 40 minutes. The other three times, it was a one-woman show and the wait is 1.5-2 hours. That's just to draw blood, ladies and gentlemen.

Called back asking them to confirm the amount in a written invoice so that I can compare with my records to prove I paid this invoice. They did not send me an invoice and sent directly to collections even though they cannot even verify the debt. Worst lab ever. This is medical fee coercion at its very worst.

I came to ABC Labs to do a blood test for my annual check up. I got here on a Saturday morning around 9am, and there was only one patient/customer there on the way out, so I had no wait at all. Sat right down, the lady working there got my insurance info, got my blood drew and I was out of there in like 15 minutes! I was surprised at how quick the process took, since I was expecting to waste at least an hour. The lady working there was so nice! She was very friendly and a pro with needle. She was done drawing my blood before I even realized it. Quick and painless both figuratively and literally. This Lab isn't an actual lab. Its just an area sectioned off inside a pharmacy. For those looking for this place, its by the entrance facing Garfield Ave. inside the pharmacy.
