I brought my car here after a collision with intent to sell as is so i wanted an estimate after a tear down to help price the car correctly. They assumed i wanted the car repaired and called me a month later saying the car was ready. I never asked for repairs only an estimate after a tear down. They said i owed storage fees and would sell the car to cover storage fees and give me the remaining balance if i brought them the title. They sold my car and never paid me anything. they pretended i approved repairs and decided to spend the money i owed for repairs. i only wanted an estimate so i could price the car correctly ti sell it wrecked. i got scammed

This place is amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly. The general manager and his staff was so helpful. They explained all that needed to be done. I was there for less than 30mins. and the job was done. I can't thank you all enough for such a fine job. Would I do business with California Collision Center again-Absolutely / 100%

We experienced two rear collisions over about a 3-month period, with one being really significant damage. California Collision Center did excellent work repairing our Honda. The employees were really knowledgeable and they did all the heavy lifting with my insurance.
We discussed a few key part options and the pros and cons of genuine Honda parts- cost and differences. If any of our vehicles needed any body work I would highly recommend the California Collision Center. We were highly satisfied

Manny has made this the best experience ever. He got my car completed so fast. I had a Kia optima and I called around to a lot of different shops and all of these shops told me that parts were on back order and it will take months for the part to even get sent to the shop. I came across California collision and he was able to get the parts and have my car completely done in a week in a half. He also communicated with me the whole time and every step of what was happening with my car. And most important of all ... my car looked good when I picked it up. It did not look rushed or half done. I am so thankful for him and his team!

I've been to other collision centers but never with such a great customer service like Manny's. I brought my car on a Monday and it was done the next day. He explained to me everything in detail of what was going to be needed. Thank you Manny and team!

I accidentally caught my bumper on something and ended up pulling over on the side of the road and calling a tow truck. I had my cat in a carrier after just coming from the vet. Also realized I had left my phone at home. I was somewhat beside myself and didn't know what shop to have the tow truck bring me to. I had them take me to CA Collision Center and I'm so glad they did. The lady who helped me was even concerned that my cat was okay (she was not with me by that point). They did an awesome job and it was very affordable. I am so pleased!

many and partner was so nice great guys!! but the guy doing the paint job rude and he dont know how to prep and paint a black brand new car ! they goes cheap ! they need to get better workers and finish on cars !! needs more professionalism

Upon looking up the collision shop list through my car insurance, I saw CA Collision at the top of the list with many reviews. I read through them and gave them a call. Manny was in the reviews so I asked for him. I brought my car in on a wednesday. My parked car was hit by my neighbor in the driveway and her insurance was also a nightmare to deal with. The front right side was banged up on the outside and the inside. I would not have known how bad it was until Manny observed and pointed out the damages. From the beginning, he gave advice on what I needed to do because I had no idea. He was very helpful and friendly. During the whole process of what needed to be fixed, he kept me posted. In exactly one week, my car was ready. On top of the replacement of parts and what needed fixing, they painted, polished and also washed my car. My car looks brand new! Wow! This shop went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Manny and team! You are immensely appreciated!

Came in with scratches on the front door, back door, and back panel. He used some compound and polish and buffed it right out, took 10 minutes. He was an absolute savior!!!

My neighbor hit my car and her insurance was a nightmare to deal with. The only good thing that came out of all of this was meeting Manny at California Collision Center. He and Joe were SO wonderful to work with, so caring, I was sad when I had to pick my car up LOL. They really do make you feel like family. I cannot recommend them enough!
