I spent $1,100 on a watch and the bracelet as a gift. The following day I returned so I can make the bracelet smaller but I was told I would have to pay $45 to make the bracelet smaller. The bracelet cost $90 and yet they're trying to charge me half of the price of the bracelet just to make it smaller. The watch I bought was also $250 over what the actual company was selling it for online. I am coming back tomorrow to return the bracelet and this will be my first and last time ever doing business with this place.

I bought this chain and bracelets for myself. Went back and got this chain and cross for my grandson. I also got this pendant for myself. Then, I went back again to buy a birthstone necklace and earrings for my niece. I also got some awesome free jewelry from them. Want to thank Ely, Leslie, and July for all their help in making a decision with me. Definitely will be going back.

I had an amazing experience when I went to look for a specific ring. They didn't have what I was looking for but they said that are happy to help me make it. They are the best. I literally went to all of the jewelry stores and they were the only one that really felt like they cared about what I wanted. Thank you so much Ely and Leslie!!!!!! You two need a raise. Your kindness really meant a lot to me. Please everyone go see them.

This is my second visit at Daniel's and Leslie is amazing. She's so professional, helpful and has patience. I went looking for jewelry for my daughter. Leslie was very kind to demonstrate each piece I liked one at a time. I'm glad I walked in when she was there, she made my experience enjoyable.

This is where I bought my first Rolex, when I first walked in and asked where the Rolex were the sales person (Riza) was immediately rude to me and asked me “ how old are you?” “ do you have a job? “ After I asked to see the watch she rudely asked “are you gonna buy it” she demanded my license and credit card, which I provided because I liked the watch. Once I paid for the watch they brought it to me in a generic green box (non Rolex); after the rude sales lady had let me know a Rolex box was included in the price of my purchase. After going back and forth with the manager for an hour they told me they would sell me a Rolex box for $100. All in all, I do not recommend buying a Rolex here.

Gave me a cash price had me rush to the bank to get it and raised the price on me $500 on the same item when I returned. TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY!

Don’t come here for a cleaning!!! The lady will talk your ears off about opening an account then when you say no she does a 30 second cleaning for your items! Highly dissatisfied , all she could say was “at least I “cleaned” them”

I bought a gold bracelet and a Diamond ring here, Riza helped me. Riza wasn't nice at all, she kept asking me what i wanted after i told her multiple times that i was just looking and I wasn't ready. She was very rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable, MAYBE BECAUSE IM BLACK. Once i seen something i liked Riza kept asking me how big of a down payment i could make like couldn't afford it. I asked her how big of a down payment she needed for the $3000 in Jewlery and she wouldn't tell me, so I finally said 10% which is $300. She then looked at me with a rude look and said it wasn't enough. I didn't like her at all. Luckily July stepped in and took over because if she didn't i sure wouldn't have made a purchase here. July somehow dropped the down payment to just $150 after Riza wouldn't accept $300. July also gave me a free bracelet and discounts, thank you July i really appreciate you :) Joseph was cool as well and made me feel welcomed, thank you :)

Overpriced jewelry that’s not even made of great quality… they overpriced their jewelry then make on sale when it’s not really on sale they just want to make people believe that they’re buying something that has been marked down.

We just bought a wedding ring and because of Terresita and her incredible manager July, we left with three rings. Everyone in the store was super friendly, and when the boss heard me talking he even came out to chat with us. We were going to Zales originally but we decided to try Daniels first, and it was a great choice! Divine appointment! John & Kierra

I had a wonderful experience at this jewelry store thanks to Razan. What a sweetheart she was! Very patient and so welcoming and had a great aura. I will go back to her for my future sales. Today was my first visit after doing some research online to purchase a brand of wrist watch for which they known distributors here in Southern California. I was very pleased with the variety of watches and jewelry. The service was great and they do carry some nice bracelets and necklaces. They didn't have the watch I wanted but I did make another choice that was close enough to what I had wanted. The experience was pleasant and to put it simply.. 'Service with a smile'! Looking forward to my next visit!
