GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE.
Worst experience ever. Stood there in what I thought was a line for like 20 minutes with three people helping other people at the counter. I know I didn't see the sign in tablet at the front of the store, but no one told me to sign in. I stood there for 20 minutes like an idiot and none of the three people acknowledged me or felt the need to tell me to sign in on the tablet.
I just want to pick up my modem. I thought it would just be a quick walk in.
No one ever told me to sign in. I just signed figured I had to sign in because I saw someone else behind me who also was standing in line for like 10 minutes. There was another person who was in front of me who was standing for longer than I had and no one even acknowledged her.
Such terrible terrible, terrible service. I just want my goddamn modem and I've been here now for 30 minutes.

I recently visited the Spectrum store and I was assisted by Menua for getting TV and internet services. Menua did a fantastic job at arranging the services and was thorough in detailing the plans and the pricing as it related to the services.

Nice large store with all the phones on display which was great! The guy who helped us, don't recall his name really sucked!!! He had no personality, was somewhat pushy when we already knew what we wanted and then ordered me the wrong phone. Was supposed to get purple but he ordered me black instead. Then I find out the phone didn't even come in purple with more storage so apparently they aren't all very educated on the phones they're selling. What a waste, I drove 30 miles to go to a bigger store for nothing...

I recently visited the Spectrum store and I was provided with the best customer service from Menua. We transferred four of our lines from various carriers to Spectrum and Menua made the whole process smooth and effortless. Initially we thought the process of transferring four lines over to Spectrum would be a labrious task, but with Menua’s help, we managed to transfer all of our lines in a timely, efficient, and seamless manner. Overall, the whole staff were friendly and visiting the store made for a worthwhile experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Recently I came in to have four of my lines from Verizon and T-Mobile transferred over to Spectrum. Initially, I thought the process would be complicated, but with Menua's help, we were able to transfer all of our lines from Verizon and T-Mobile to Spectrum. Menua meticulously detailed the pricing as it related to the service and took care of the entire process of transferring the phone numbers, making for a streamlined and smooth process. I am very happy with the work that Menua did and highly recommend anyone who is looking to switch over to Spectrum to come and see Menua. He will meet and exceed all of your expectations!

Store is supposed to open at 10, but this branch decides to open at 11. I waited 30 minutes along with 7 other people. One lady called customer service and they said the store is supposed to open at 10.
We all watched every employee casually walk into the store with food, water, etc. without a care in the world. This store doesn't care about the posted hours.

Why does this say it opens at 10am if I stood outside of the store for an hour watching three separate employees walk around inside without giving a reason why they weren’t open yet?

The opening time is not indicated correctly, it is stated that they open at 10 am, but in fact they open at 11 am

Extremely poor service. Arrived 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday & long line with only 3 people who were extremely slow. I asked for manager who had come out briefly but he was "busy" with meetings. Apparently there is an appointment system but I was never informed. Spectrums customer servoce continues to go downhill.

Everyone took their time.Another customer approached the employees and asked when they planned to open.. they said 11.. I called customer service and they said the store is supposed to open at 10.The employees apparently don’t care about the posted hours and open the store whenever they want.
