I seriously can’t thank Jimmy and his crew enough. This was my very first car accident and I had no idea what to do. From the moment my car got towed to his shop, Jimmy made everything so much less stressful. He explained things step by step, answered all my questions (even the small ones), and never made me feel rushed.
He even helped me set up a rental car and kept all my stuff safe from my car until I could get it back. Honestly, he went way beyond what I expected helping with things that weren’t even really his job, just because he cared.
Getting into an accident is scary and overwhelming, but Jimmy and his team made the whole process so much easier. They’re patient, kind, and truly professional. If you ever need help after an accident, I 100% recommend Jimmy’s shop. You’ll feel taken care of here.

Outstanding Customer Service, Brillant Craftmanship, Excellent Prices! I am a returning customer and have had 3 wonderful experiences with their services and staff. Go see Gabriel and Mario for any auto body repair.
My experience with them is they truly put the customers first and they do what they can.
Also, my car was taken care of in a timely manner, even with the delay of my insurance company.

Wanted to try them out but they wouldn't get back to me so I'll never know their service and quality of work. First of all, took me 4 phone calls to finally get in touch with someone to help me. The first two calls they said Arthur is busy, the third they straight up hung up on me without saying hello, and the fourth call finally I got help. Made an appointment for them to assess my car after someone hit me and they scheduled me to come in to take pictures. I came in on Saturday and Eli helped me. He was thorough with the pictures. He said Arthur (person of contact for Mercury Insurance) should be calling me back on Monday for further details. It is now Friday of the next week and still no calls. I decided to change body shops after all this. The phone calls were already a red flag but I kept trying to give them a chance because of the good reviews. I gave two stars because Eli was nice and the guy who finally helped me on the fourth phone call was also nice. However, as far as the car, it's very much still not fixed.

The catalytic converter was stolen out of my Lexus Ct200h, and the part was nationally backordered. Arthur took great care performing an incredible amount of research and due diligence to ensure that I received the appropriate part as quickly as possible, and worked with my insurance to make it all seamless (and even stored my car for me while we waited for the part). He really went above and beyond to make me feel sure-footed through a frustrating and uncertain experience, and I would certainly work with Star again.

This place is THE BEST. I had two different bumper issues and I dropped by on two different days. Both times, the employees were super friendly and quick to respond, checked out my issue, fixed it quickly, and did not even ask to be paid! Amazing service.

I'm in the process of using these guys to get some minor damage fixed after someone hit me.I haven't had the car fixed yet as the back and forth with insurance takes forever but I've worked with Arthur to get an estimate taken and setup was a breeze. He seems like a genuinely good guy and someone who loves cars. It was easy to call and make an appointment and when I was there it was quick and easy.I'll update once parts come in and they are able to get my ride fixed up.Only cons so far is that these guys have a full lot which doesn't leave much room for parking.
