I paid eighty five dollars and change for a product that when I got home, had already been opened and clearly was old. The process of getting a refund was ridiculously difficult. I brought it back and the person in charge, who remained hidden in the back, tried to force me to accept a replacement and even added additional items to try to convince me not to get a refund. Until I threatened to get my bank involved and post reviews on google and facebook, i was told it was the policy not to refund anything. However, i finally was able to get my money back and get out of the store. But the nonsense cost me twenty five minutes and a great deal of aggravation. And the owner, or whoever it was managing things in the back was an absolute disgrace to the business. Not once did anyone offer an apology. I felt bad for the man up front.Who really tried to be helpful.

This place is great. The guy I talked to was so genuinely helpful. I believe he cared about what I was explaining to him, about my anxiety and how I wanted to feel. Like I wish all doctors treated you! 5/5
