I believe in customer service. This store, does a great job serving their community. The store manager, Stephanie, is amazing. She knows AT&T in and out and she understands what great customer service is and she models it for her new employees. Give her a bonus!! Thank you!!

Terrible unprofessional customer service - 4 times over the past few years. I have learned my lesson and I won't go back. There are so many good ATT Stores, do not waste your time at this one. Actually 1 star is too good for them.

Ashley Resendes at this store was the most helpful, patient, and professional associate!!!! She spent four hours with us the other day resolving a major “screw-up” that was made by an AT&T store in Nevada. She went above and beyond spending hours on the phone with tech support, firstnet support, and many other management support folks to resolve the problem!! We are so grateful that we didn’t have to make a special trip back to Nevada to clear the issue up.Thank you, thank you Ashley!!! We would highly recommend this store!!!

We came in to add two lines of service to an existing plan. Shantel helped us seamlessly transfer two numbers to AT&T mobile, including a landline. She was able to offer us the same deal we saw advertised online. We were very pleased with her professional and friendly customer service!

Absolutely the WORST AT&T store I have ever been to! They can’t do their simple jobs right and are so heartless!If you want to schedule a service here the AT&T website doesn’t even have them as an option! It’s like the company knows this one shouldn’t be around still.Don’t waste your time here. Go to Roseville like the AT&T website says. They will better serve you or just call AT&T.

I honestly don't know why we even have a store in town, employees are lazy and they'll come up with every excuse to turn you around. Absolutely no help or resolution to any issues or even a sense of interest in customer care. They just want to set around and do nothing, and they'll even start hiding away or pretend to be busy if they see a customer pull into their parking lot or coming up to the store door. This store needs a new manager badly because she's never eager to support customers and pulls her weight and the rest of the employees carry same attitude. Pretty much make excuses to get rid of customers so you sit around all day doing nothing.

The clerks can be moody. The one I was upgrading with offered no social dynamic. It felt like she hated me, the job, just everything. It’s not too bad since there was one worker noticing and being overtly social to compensate, but I can understand. Everyone has a bad day.

I went in to change my watch and upgrade it. My wait time was less than five minutes. The lady at the Grass Valley store went above and beyond to check my account to see how she could save me money. She was able to get a decrease in my phone bill which is always above $400. Dollars. Please let her know how much it meant for her to go that extra mile

Stephanie was an absolute horrible employee and an awful representation of your company. I would suggest firing her immediately. I lost my phone and went in to buy a new one. MY NAME IS ON THE ACCOUNT. I wasn't able to get ahold of my husband and she had the audacity to leave my husband a voicemail saying she didnt think he knew who I was and I should be taken off the account after SHOWING HER MY ID. She is losing you sales and is an awful employee. Put her in the back

I am so happy with the service AT&T provides me. Usually, when I come in Brenda helps me and she is so knowledgeable, welcoming and very nice. She has so much patience and she is very helpful. I am so happy to come in because she provides the best service. I highly recommend her if you need help with your phone or have any questions. Thank you Brenda!
