Brought my senior dog in to have her dew claws removed. Prior to this appointment she was fine. After being put under anesthesia she came home with a terrible cough and has rapidly declined in the last 2 weeks. She has developed a terrible rash, causing fur loss and has lumps all over her body. Took her back to access the situation and the vet has no idea if it's cancer or bronchitis because she can't read the xray. They prescribed her antifungal cream for the rash and an antihistamine/cortisol pill for the cough. She said she can't do anything else for her and that we need to go to Loomis Vet, where it will cost several thousand dollars. PLEASE TAKE YOUR PETS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

I had to put my 12 year old American bully down a couple weeks ago due to cancer and I took him to Brunswick Vet. Dr. Mikaela was absolutely amazing and talked to my kids and I gracefully throughout the whole process. She was comforting and very patient with my sons and I couldn't have asked for a more professional and sympathetic person to help us through the difficult situation. Thank you to everyone at Brunswick Vet!

Dr Williams has been our veterinarian since she saved our dog 18 years ago. We followed her when she opened Brunswick and would trust no one else with our fur babies care. The office staff and tech team are compassionate and amazing. We also use their online pharmacy and save time and money.

Dr. Williams is one of the kindest and most selfless veterinarians out there. I have been taking my dogs to her for almost 15 years. She is extremely knowledgeable. Her main concerns are for the well being of the animals that she cares for. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

Wish I could give 0. My cat had one chance of surviving based on a urine sample and they canceled his test leaving no time to get him retested elsewhere before he died. Also repeatedly got his name and gender wrong. Promised me his triage fee of 300$ would cover testing then as he was being discharged charged another 500$. Awful doesn't begin to describe. Dr. Williams should lose her license.

I hate giving one star reviews but I really am surprised by how the front and back of this hospital has dealt with me over the last year. I started with Brunswick vet in 2014 then moved out of state and now I'm back. My experience with them over the last year has been awful. I won't be bringing my cat here anymore. Dr Williams is not very knowledgeable with HT cats. I never have a straightforward experience there. They proceeded with my cats exam last year even tho they never had all his updated records from when we lived out of state (I gave them all the info to request them and while we lived out of state my cat was diagnosed HT). It felt like such a waste of time. Why would you even want to see him if you haven't gone thru his recent records?? I must have bad luck with them because it's always something. Another time they refused to virtually sign off on a prescription for Chewy and said I could send Chewy a physical copy instead (which would take days) BUT if I used THEIR online service, then it's no problem. I think they're greedy. The final straw for me is a "doctor visit" charge of $44 on my last appointment because the doctor called me for less than 5 minutes to ask a couple questions. I never asked for them to call me. It was a drop off appointment. No doctor necessary. So for the same visit that costs $95-$160 at other vets (yes I called around), this visit cost me $244. You have lost a patient and I have lost my patience.

I love the staff, so kind and caring! I see Dr Harrell, and she gives straight answers and explanations, including what is needed and what may not be. I have taken several of my cats here over the years. Always great service! Very compassionate euthanasia service as well.

I have been receiving care for my cat from this wonderful place for a couple of weeks now. We still don’t have things all figured out but every interaction I’ve had with the staff here has been incredibly kind and helpful. My experience has been that this type of professionalism and care has been quite hard to come by over the last several years so it’s been really nice to be greeted with kindness and smiles and just overall positive energy. I’m grateful for the ways they have worked with me to try and do what’s best for my cat.

Listened to what I needed instead of trying to sell me a bill of goods. Very impressed with the love and care the entire staff have given to my pet. Have returned several times and will continue to use their services.

They got me in to their urgent care for a same day appointment. The vet called the next day for the results even though she was not in the office. The office staff had great follow up to check in on our cat. Thank you!

Love this Vet! I have gotten appointments at the last minute and they always go way beyond the call of duty to help with our three dogs. I have tried three of more other vets and always come back to BBVC. I have no qualms about giving them the highest reviews! Love you guys.

Amazing doctors with the friendliest staff. I have visited twice since moving to the area and both visits have exceeded my expectations! For the first visit, I brought my chocolate lab for a general wellness visit and vaccines. The doctor recommended a new injection for his arthritis and his mobility is notably better! The other visit was an emergency. My rottweiler brought me a bar of rat poison. I wasn't sure if he had eaten any. The wonderful ladies at the front advised me to come in and the technician was waiting for me to take him straight back for treatment when I arrived. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff and appropriate pricing. Both dogs are doing great and I will be brining my other rottie in soon for her check up. Definitely recommended!

They were great when we used them but I've been "unsubscribing" from their email for 2years now since we moved out of state and I still get their junk
