Called ahead. Spoke with a woman, but neglected to get her name. She said I could pick up my prescription, that it would be ready. The conversation was a unique situation which I explained to her and she said it will be filled and ready. A conversation that would be hard to forget that lasted three and a half minutes. I show up and it's not only not ready, I'm told they can't fill it. I explain the above, show the clerk my phone history, but no woman there would own the phone call. The clerk even confirmed that in the hour and a half since I called no one had clocked out. I drove from Auburn because of this phone call that no one owned. I may be done after being a customer for at least a decade, perhaps 2 decades. There were supposedly issues with my doctor and such, but I was not told that on the phone, just that it will be filled and ready. I've overlooked some minor annoyances previously because I really want to support small businesses in our community. Today was 1 star, overall I'd give them 3-4 stars. Still better than CVS, Walgreens, etc.

Waited on the phone for over 15 minutes and when asked if I could hold, they didn't give me a chance to respond. Poor customer service.

Cold and inflexible customer service. 6PM is about the soonest I can come in to pick up a prescription any week day due to work…tried to call and ask if I can get my prescription if I arrive literally 3 minutes past six. Nope, not even an attempt to try to help find a solution

Staff are friendly and welcoming. They're very on top of things in comparison to the other pharmacies in the area. Not perfect, but in general, they're much more competent with getting your orders ready on time.The store is set up in a way where it's super easy to get in and out quickly.I would use them as my main pharmacy if they had access to a stimulant provider. I don't know if this just affects Schedule II stimulants, specifically ADHD stimulants, or all drugs in the class. But they are just unable to provide any kind of commonly prescribed stimulant.This is absolutely not the pharmacy's fault. Obviously a small pharmacy is going to struggle getting a hold of a provider of such a heavily monitored substance.However, the fact I can't pick up all of my boyfriend's medications along with mine is unfortunately a deal breaker for me.If you aren't on stimulants, this place is a great choice.No idea if they also have trouble getting other kinds of heavily controlled medications.I'd recommend you call ahead of time before you decide to send anything that might cause a problem. They've been very clear and upfront to me over the phone about matters like that.

Talk about unhelpful! I was attempting to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy in town, simply due to Dokimos very limited hours and WOW instead of helping me I was told to just have my doctor call in another prescription to the pharmacy. This means I have to wait to get the medication I need and not sure why they simply cannot transfer the prescription. Never giving this place a dime again!

The pharmacy cashier is the rudest person. I witnessed her berate a hearing impaired person for not understanding. Strongly advise all hearing impaired people to avoid this place and anyone else for that matter.

If I could give a negative star I would.....the employee I spoke with today was Incrediblyrude...plus they lie....I will never set foot in that store again!
