I’ve been filing with H&R for over 30 years and have never been treated so unprofessionally. My so called professional, Ed, was rude and short tempered with me. I sent him images of my online W2s and he didn’t even know how to print them to size on the sheet. He suggested “don’t file and to let them come after you”. I had 3 W2s, one from AZ and a dependent. Not that complicated! He said “we may not get this done today” I asked him what the problem is and he said “well, we haven’t even started and it’s been 30 mins”. Seriously! If he knew how to use the printer he wouldn’t have took that long getting started! I was beyond frustrated and I left before he could say another demeaning thing to me. What ever you do, don’t file with old Ed.

My wife and I took our complicated taxes to H&R Block located at 196 McKnight Way in Grass Valley. We were impressed with the courteous, friendly atmosphere of the entire office and staff. Our tax professional was absolutely awesome! Many years of experience (for that matter, so does every tax pro there), she worked very hard to find all the deductions for which we qualified, she consistently answered all our questions thoroughly, and she had such a great attitude and patience with all our questions. And we had so many! She has such an upbeat personality that she made the whole experience enjoyable. How often does one hear that when referring to taxes!

We were in a hurry to get our taxes done. Our usual and very trusted tax professional is swamped. We both have used HRB in the past and decided to go with them again. We were not disappointed. Our taxes are done and we are free to concentrate on other plans. Thank you HRB!

Alicia was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies were very nice even though customers were being completely ignorant and impatient. It can be hard working especially if you have rude people.
